GBBUPA CISCO/BABYLON MEMBERSHIP IS A JOKE I cannot believe that yet again I have to complain about this! This is about the 5th time I have complained about this! I get Babylon through Bupa through the cisco plan I have from my wife. This has been renewed in mid October and I was promised that my Babylon would service would be resumed by 1st November at the latest! well guess what ..its not.. the service offered by Babylon in conjunction with Babylon is just useless putting it politely. I am not calling Bupa Services to get this resolved again!! Please just sort it out once and for all. TOTAL RUBBISH! Yes im very angry. My Bupa membership number with Cisco is: 0609402658

FIDreadful experience Dreadful experience. This is all about ripping off customers with constant renewal orders. Endless technical issues. Bad translation tool (compare with Google translate, available for free). Awful interface.

GBComputer says no... That wonderful personalised customer service you get from your local GP... when you go to Babylon forget it. Imagine all your medical issues being dealt with by a Call Centre... that is how it feels.
