GBLifehack is very good at helping people… Lifehack is very good at helping people who need help in organizing and getting the best out of their skills.

MXExpensive and unstructured There is not much of a structure to the course. Some courses are helpful, others not so much but they don't nearly have enough content for charging $45 ongoing monthly charge. There is new material but not worth the price and again it's hard to follow what to study without a path.

NZExpensive and not efficient I’ve I felt pressured to take the service when I first ask for a quote or price. I asked for time to she she would not let me off. I mentioned that I wanted to start the journey when I have finished my exam, she agreed. But after payment she pushed me to start the journey. I felt really pissed off, because I could not full take advantages of the packaged, as I need to focus on my study. I would never recommended this service to anyone. Inc fact, I really think it was useless. You don’t need to spend $4000 for an 11 weeks of online coach to look through your diet for 15 min per week. It is better to go to a nutrition paying $200 per hour and get your diet straighter up. The online gym video was a waste of time. You can YouTube. I would recommended to go for a physical gym and get a personal trainer and do your training at the gym. I really hate the experienced. And I felt so pissed that I had so much pressure on my study thst I felt I could not fully take advanced of the service. I wished she had listen to me and respect my wishes. Antidepressant does make you gain weight and getting diabetics. I did research on. But she said no. She doesn’t or know everything should not have given false information. I lost only 1-2 kilo for thst 11 weeks. Also, you need to put a deposite, and if you changed your mind before the starting date, you cannot get refund from that. While other services you can get refund. They send out a review link after one meeting online. Like what the heck! It should be rated after the experienced. Only the friend get friend discount, don’t drag your friend down the hole with you if you, when you just sign up. I would never ever recommend this service to anyone. This year I went to a persona trainer and I nutrition, I doesn’t only $600 I lost 7 kg. Felt so much better when I can do at the physical gym. You feel more safe that yo I would not hurt your body. It should never recommended or provide a training that there is no personal trainer at the site. I would recommend people who want to lose weight, go a physical gym and get a personal trainer package that is sooo much cheaper and so much more effective and you would feel safe to do your training. I hated the experienced and it caused so much mental stress on top of my study.

GBNo Comment Section Makes Credibility Low. There may be articles and write-ups on this website that may be helpful or useful to some people, however, all of that gets pushed to the side when commentary articles do not allow comments. If 1 singular person is going to create a multi-paragraph article based on their opinion of advice, you should allow are comment section. I recently came across an article that spoke about psychology and how everything in someone's life is essentially their fault. Of course, there are always outside factors, there are people surrounding them, there are environmental situations, social economic situations, etc. However, all we have here on this website is the article....and no room to comment. Also, where are all of your references with these claims? I find low credibility in a website that doesn't allow user interaction.
