Predatory CourseHero provides minimal preview access so the buyer is not totally aware of the potential helpfulness of the documents. They will not return your money if you have accessed any documents whatsoever, so how are you supposed to know if anything is even helpful or useful to your coursework? This is a predatory model that feeds on students trying to do better in coursework. They get quick cash from students who subscribe once, access one or two documents, and never come back. Absolutely disgusting.

Using their site is more frustrating than helpful; finding anything useful is a wild goose chase. Customer service is practically nonexistent. The content, which is supposed to be their selling point, is outdated, sometimes wrong, and easily found elsewhere for free. It's not worth the hassle or the money. You're better off using other resources that are actually helpful and transparent about costs. Total letdown.

Fraud Course Hero is just looted tutors. the give a massage that you voilated our terms and condition but not tell what condition we voilet.They give a link to verify account but when you click on link it show expired through persona, i mailed a lot but not got any response. They immediately block account without any information. i suggest to every tutors that when they make 20 dollar in available balance , immediately withdraw it to loss less. thanks
