I have to give Course Hero a 1 star… I have to give Course Hero a 1 star rating! I’m beyond disappointed and stating it nicely. For one the site ploys you to believe you only need to pay 3.99 for your first few months, that was not the case. After submitting my card information I was billed 47 dollars. Which on the site they state that is how much you’d pay annually not monthly. And the answer to my homework assignment was subpar at best it provided no help to me and did not seem to be checked by any certified professional. This site is absolutely just a cash grab for already struggling students. Do not use or pay for this site.

Its a simple click bait that keeps you… Its a simple click bait that keeps you hooked by promising free study material. LAter they route you to payment page while still offering free material. They even offer stuff they don't have and worst part is they force students to upload copyrighted material they have while offering "FREE" downloads. Beware of coursehero.

I mistakenly paid $143 for a yearly… I mistakenly paid $143 for a yearly subscription. I emailed them. They accepted my request and processed my refund straight away.

Problem resolved I had written how they charged me a full year even though I just wanted a monthly subscription. My issue was resolved with them with no issues. They refunded me back my money.
