Terrible customer service Terrible customer service, and overpriced for what they provide. They won't respond when asking for refunds on accidental purchases. This company is a scam, do not buy from them.

We have a business account with ACG We have a business account with ACG. Our company is growing exponentially. Recently we've had lots of new joiners. None of them is receiving an invitation email from the cloud guru platform. Can this please be sorted ASAP and email invites are re-triggered for all the new users under our account's list with 'pending' status. Frustratingly, there is no other way of adding them to the account except for sending the non-working email invite.

basic log in issues? really How on earth is this service supposed to educate me about the cloud when it can not even fix its most fundamental login problem? It is frustrating that Acloudguru keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I have changed my password and tried again, but it still does not work.

Very bad except for a couple of gems The first couple of courses were great AWS Solutions Architect and AWS Developer but since then pretty terrible. The AWS AppSync course was bad and the AWS Alexa Skill Builder was probably the worst course I've ever taken. They craft one huge app, write some PowerPoint from the docs and then just read it all to you. Unless you have a photographic memory you won't retain much because the learning experience is so badly executed.

No way to get answer from support My company has plan for ACloudGuru and all accounts get created via SSO (okta). Once I got invitation to join, it was asking me to change email and upon further navigation through series of their documents, turns out it has to be "cloud guru" support changing the email, which is understandable. Here's the worst part, I created ticket, which is the only way to reach support, I got immediate response saying we're working on it. Its been month and a half, no response to original request to change the email at all. What a disaster with how they're managing this. Absolutely worst of the worst experience.....
