STAY AWAY, WORST EVER, SCAMMERS Took $140 for an assignment which they didn’t deliver by the due date because bye expert was “not reverting” or “having issues uploading”. Finally the assignment was submitted after being delayed by like 6 hours and it is one of the worst written assignments I have ever seen. Like a 9th grader wrote it. I was told I would be compensated for the delay numerous time and then we I asked for a partial refund they said they can’t issue a refund but can offer a discount for next time... like I’m going to use to you.

Absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service. I've had a few problems using them for only a month and not a single one could be resolved by there customer service and eventually they just stop replying. I only used them over Chegg because I got a promo code so that they were cheaper. But anyone willing to pay $20/month to these guys over $15/month for Chegg is doing themselves a disfavor.

Service is bad compared to Chegg and… Service is bad compared to Chegg and Coursehero. But the really worst part is they make it incredibly hard to cancel your subscription. After wasting 2 hours trying to cancel the subscription (via paypal), I finally had to change my card number just to stop these guys from stealing my money

I used service below since it clearly… I used service below since it clearly says 100% cashback for first month with 'money back logo'. But when i actually saw the solution, it wasn't correct and very poor, disappointing. So i wanted to get a refund but your service didn't, by saying that cashbacks are only given to the account wallet i made in your website. But seeing the solution not helpful at all, who would want their money back for more services? It is very disappointing since it means that you made below 'Monthly Plan' with logos just to deceive customers and earn money.

Be aware of bad unprofessional… Be aware of bad unprofessional tutor's work. I submitted a case with all the study material and got the wrong answer, not just once but two revised versions without any changes to correct the wrong answer. When I requested a refund I was told it was not possible because the tutor put all his "effort" and the refund was not possible. This website is a scam, they steal your money, give you wrong answers, and don't provide refunds if the answer is not right. They offered me a discount to be used next time, I don't want to use this service ever again.
