I have ordered my assignment in april 2020 and their tutor was unable to complete the order even after one month, so I cancelled that order. Now its end of july 2020 and I have not received my refund yet. They keep on saying its already generated just taking time, when I ask them to show any receipt or any kind of confirmation, they said we don't give any receipts. Its really annoying. Hope I can give zero or below zero stars.

STAY AWAY, WORST EVER, SCAMMERS Took $140 for an assignment which they didn’t deliver by the due date because bye expert was “not reverting” or “having issues uploading”. Finally the assignment was submitted after being delayed by like 6 hours and it is one of the worst written assignments I have ever seen. Like a 9th grader wrote it. I was told I would be compensated for the delay numerous time and then we I asked for a partial refund they said they can’t issue a refund but can offer a discount for next time... like I’m going to use to you.

truly dissatisfied with the services… truly dissatisfied with the services provided me and my friend gave 3 of our assingments to done of word limit 2000 word they just gave us assinment with 750 word each and tried to call and send message but their coustomer support team doesnot reply properly. now I am left with 750 word on the last day of submission. if you dont want to waste you time and money please dont choose transtutors.

I used service below since it clearly… I used service below since it clearly says 100% cashback for first month with 'money back logo'. But when i actually saw the solution, it wasn't correct and very poor, disappointing. So i wanted to get a refund but your service didn't, by saying that cashbacks are only given to the account wallet i made in your website. But seeing the solution not helpful at all, who would want their money back for more services? It is very disappointing since it means that you made below 'Monthly Plan' with logos just to deceive customers and earn money.
