GBTo be honest To be honest. I signed up because where I work offered a "try Grove and you will receive free items" I thought why not, no commitments and get free stuff...Well I have ordered every month since then and became a VIP because I like their products that much! Everything I have ordered has been exceptional! I especially like the cold water laundry soap and the walnut scrubbies. Highly recommend Grove. Quick service and fast shipping. Only problem is everyone must like the products I do, they run out fast but resupply quickly too. Thanks for making me a believer and a greener shopper.

GBCancelled Everything and STILL getting Charged! Okay, so I used to love this company. you get a lot of product with their subscription. however, they have continued to charge me years after i’ve cancelled all orders from them. I also had this problem when I was first trying to cancel it, I had to cancel it 3 times to get them to stop. Only they didn’t, I woke up this morning and found a random charge for 19.99 on my account that I never placed… there’s no option to delete or deactivate your account and I’m beyond frustrated at this point… I regret making an account and I never would have if I knew they were so sketchy. they don’t even have a customer service team to take calls for these pressing disputes..you have to email them and hope you might get a response in the future. This company is not efficient or user friendly when it comes to charge disputes or needing customer service whatsoever.

GBsame experience as Pam E Had the same experience as Pam Engebretson (another reviewer on this page). She's spot on. They won't actually cancel you in the sense of getting rid of your account in their system, and your cart keeps filling with stuff you did not voluntarily go in there and select to buy. The subscription terms are not clear. You have to get into a whole song and dance to back out of things you didn't realize you had been streamed into signing up for and even then they seem to want to hang onto your information and account and not delete it?

GBI've had an ordinbryce experienbe with… I've had an ordinbryce experienbe with Grove.co. They seem almoust good but nothing special. Sipping was fast and the product wasn't too bad, but that's about it. You'd expect a bit more for the money they charge. I didn't encourounter any major problems though it wasn't completely problem-free. All-in-all, it was ok, but I'm not sure if it's worth the cost in the long-run.

GBDishonest company Got a coupon for $20. off a $50 order, spent an hour picking out products then at checkout I am forced to sign up for subscription and a VIP membership!!! When I complained the Customer service rep said they would notify me when the trial period is up but that's not good enough!!! Then said you don't have to be a member to order things - so then why won't they let you check out if you don't sign up for this. Dishonest company!! Will not shop there.
