No blacklisting shippers The products are nice, however they offer no ability to blacklist delivery services. This time, they used the one that routinely leaves my packages at the road to be stollen/run over, etc. I will have to find another source for products like these because I can’t chance them using lazership again.

They won't actually cancel you in the sense of getting rid of your account in their system, and your cart keeps filling with stuff you did not voluntarily go in there and select to buy. The subscription terms are not clear. You have to get into a whole song and dance to back out of things you didn't realize you had been streamed into signing up for and even then they seem to want to hang onto your information and account and not delete it?

I've had an ordinbryce experienbe with… I've had an ordinbryce experienbe with Grove.co. They seem almoust good but nothing special. Sipping was fast and the product wasn't too bad, but that's about it. You'd expect a bit more for the money they charge. I didn't encourounter any major problems though it wasn't completely problem-free. All-in-all, it was ok, but I'm not sure if it's worth the cost in the long-run.

Cancelled Everything and STILL getting Charged! Okay, so I used to love this company. you get a lot of product with their subscription. however, they have continued to charge me years after i’ve cancelled all orders from them. I also had this problem when I was first trying to cancel it, I had to cancel it 3 times to get them to stop. Only they didn’t, I woke up this morning and found a random charge for 19.99 on my account that I never placed… there’s no option to delete or deactivate your account and I’m beyond frustrated at this point… I regret making an account and I never would have if I knew they were so sketchy. they don’t even have a customer service team to take calls for these pressing disputes..you have to email them and hope you might get a response in the future. This company is not efficient or user friendly when it comes to charge disputes or needing customer service whatsoever.

Great products I started using Grove several months ago. I'm a VIP member so I get free shipping. I purchased some 7th Generation & Mrs. Meyers products as well as Grove's own. I love the soap dispensers they cut back on plastic waste. My dogs & even finicky cats love the pet treats. I really like the bubble up for small loads of dishes I don't have a dishwasher so I wash by hand. I've referred friends & got $10 off each purchase they made. Grove Collaborative is an excellent company, they're cruelty free meaning never tested on animals.
