I didn't encounter any big issues with them during my interaction with them. Practically nothing was noteworthy, it was just mediocrity. Since being on collagen along with hyaluronic acid, my right knee has improved. My knee pain has gotten much better although it's still painful I believe this collagen is repairing my joints and ligaments. Just goy noitice 3 days afterorder it just shipped still no tracking info. This was my first and last time i will order from them.
