Some products are better than others but manie of them do notnt give you the results they are supposed to. After using them for a while I can say that the minimum improvement I got was worthy of the cost. NutrIflair is alright, no too good or too bad.

Apple cider vinegar capsules!!! I started taking the apple cider vinegar capsules a couple of weeks ago due to severe digestion issues. I've had my gallbladder removed and have a history of kidney stones. These were recommended to me and I honestly notice a big difference.
