Apple cider vinegar capsules!!! I started taking the apple cider vinegar capsules a couple of weeks ago due to severe digestion issues. I've had my gallbladder removed and have a history of kidney stones. These were recommended to me and I honestly notice a big difference. My acid reflux was so horrible, it would wake me up throughout the night. After taking these for a couple weeks, I am no longer suffering from the acid reflux. This is a big deal for me.

I switched to NutraFlaire because it had more active ingredients in it and when buying the 180 pill count it was more affordable. Since being on collagen along with hyaluronic acid, my right knee has improved. I was told it needed to be replaced two years ago and the pain became severe about 4 months ago and that's when I started using these supplements. My knee pain has gotten much better although it's still painful I believe this collagen is repairing my joints and ligaments.
