Over the last 8 months I have struggled with weight gain and a lagging digestive system, I was trying everything to get myself back on track to no avail. Apple cider vinegar capsules!!! I started taking the apple cider vinegar capsules a couple of weeks ago due to severe digestion issues. I've had my gallbladder removed and have a history of kidney stones. These were recommended to me and I honestly notice a big difference. My acid reflux was so horrible, it would wake me up throughout the night. After taking these for a couple weeks, I am no longer suffering from the acid reflux. This is a big deal for me.
