Apple cider vinegar capsules!!! I started taking the apple cider vinegar capsules a couple of weeks ago due to severe digestion issues. I've had my gallbladder removed and have a history of kidney stones. These were recommended to me and I honestly notice a big difference. My acid reflux was so horrible, it would wake me up throughout the night. After taking these for a couple weeks, I am no longer suffering from the acid reflux. This is a big deal for me.

Have not noticed much of a difference in terms of my health but absolutely no negative side effects either. No upset stomach, headaches or anything since taking this product. Right off the bat I noticed my digestive issues diminishing! I'm so excited! I have yet to see my menopausal issues ease but I understand that may take more time. I plan to stay on this product.
