I switched to NutraFlaire because it had more active ingredients in it and when buying the 180 pill count it was more affordable. Since being on collagen along with hyaluronic acid, my right knee has improved. I was told it needed to be replaced two years ago and the pain became severe about 4 months ago and that's when I started using these supplements. My knee pain has gotten much better although it's still painful I believe this collagen is repairing my joints and ligaments. Also my hair has grown like crazy and my nails grow fast and they're very hard. I could never grow my hair or nails before. I recommend this product highly. I'm 68.
