Since being on collagen along with hyaluronic acid, my right knee has improved. Have not noticed much of a difference in terms of my health but absolutely no negative side effects either. No upset stomach, headaches or anything since taking this product. Your tracking number hasn't been handed off to post office. It's been sitting there since 7/3. Your customer service told me to "WAIT" after 2 weeks, and then has done absolutely nothing even though they said they would take care of it. Ignored my request to re-ship it nor responded back.
