Been waiting on my order since 7th July… Been waiting on my order since 7th July I contacted support for help as my tracking shows my order arrived in my home town airport on the 16th that was 12 days ago now still has not been delivered. I contacted support for help with this and the response was to continue waiting and be more patient, WHAT? continue waiting because they can't be bothered to do there job, I have since sent more emails and got no reply SHOCKING! do not recomend this company. I will be pressing for a full refund if my order does not arrive ASAP.

Colors They have so many pretty colors and some come in the littlest bottles they are so cute and identifiable.

Support is Trash Well I had an alleric reaction to the gel polish so I reached out to the support team. They told me "We recommended that you take an allergy test before using any nail polish product. Everyone has different physique. If allergies occur, it is recommended that you stop using it immediately." but they said I can not return the product or get a refund because "we mentioned in our return policy that products that have been used cannot be returned." How is someone supposed to know they will have a reaction without trying the product? Waste of time and money.

I have been purchasing Rosalind… I have been purchasing Rosalind products for awhile and I really enjoyed using them and I really want to become a member and affiliate.

It took alittle time to receive… It took alittle time to receive delivery but i eas pleased with the packaging and the care of the items. The pastel colors i choose were beautiful but find it takes about 3 to 4 minutes to get a full cured nail with this polish. The end result is fine it just takes about more time.
