AUthe support team was supportive ... the support team was supportive and thoughtful and emailed me when they couldn't give me what I wanted and did it promptly. And offered to refund me as an option.

TRan advice about exporting your products Dear officer, I did not receive my order cause officers in custom office said that your products (rosalind products) specified as "cosmetic" as a type. But I did shopping from Ali Express and they specify products as "beauty tool" and I received my order. Maybe this little specify issue will help your orders receive to your customer (I advice you to check this issue with your foreign trade department). I got refund from you without logictic cost, thank you for your helping about it.
