I was very nervous, but received the order in a decent time and had customer service reply immediately to my email I had sent in regards to my concerns with reviews. My order was already in transit and the company eased my fears. I would place a small order at first and see how it goes. Prices are great!

Exceeded my expectations Recently received my third order from V.F.U. They have shipped on time, have been responsive to a couple of emails I sent, and one other Attaboy. In February when I received my order they enclosed a coupon for future discounts of 20% on certain products including the product I purchase from them. When I ordered in August I had forgotten about the coupon until another one was enclosed with that shipment. I emailed them telling my forgetful story asking them to give me the discount and save it as a credit for future purchases. They did better, they gave me a refund on my credit card. If you're not using them, you should give them a chance.
