Extraordinary customer service I was pleasantly surprised to receive extraordinary customer service. Upon placing the order I received a confirmation email with tracking information. After a couple days I was still unable to track the package. I emailed the company to request status. A response was received a few hours later advising the time frame for the shipment. My tracking information was updated and I received my package a few days later. Extremely pleased with the customer service.

Do Not Do Business with this website I ordered 2 supplements almost 3 weeks ago and the order hasn't even been processed yet. There was no notice of back order or any notification at all that the order wouldn't be sent in timely manner. This is UNACCEPTABLE! These supplements are MEDICINE. I purchased a product that was priced… I purchased a product that was priced lower than the competition. I received the product in a timely manner. I was happy with the results. I would like to see the order status, estimated delivery date, order summary, ability to cancel order, etc immediately after purchasing. I had to wait until I received an email that the product had been shipped to get verification my order was being processed. I'm used to these information pieces from using ebay and Amazon. I've had an ordinarie experience with… I've had an ordinarie experience with vitaminsforus.com. I found the website pretty much aokay, and found what I was lookign for with no major difficulties. I didn't have to wait long for it to load and navigation was alright. Although I didn't feel that None of my questions were answered. The product descriptions are okayish. Unfortunately I can't comment on any further features of vitaminsforus.com as I didn't use them. Overalll, I would say that vitaminsforus.com is quite good.

FABULOUS SERVICE!!!! I do a lot of online ordering but never have I received a package as quickly as I did with Vitamins for us!!!!! I am very very pleased with their product and extremely pleased with their service. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
