The order went flawlessly. I received email confirmation of order, email confirmation when shipped with tracking that worked. Received promptly with no problems. Most bad reviews that I read we're from at least a couple of years ago. It's seems to me they have straightened things out. I shall order again.

GBI purchased a product that was priced… I purchased a product that was priced lower than the competition. I received the product in a timely manner. I was happy with the results. I would like to see the order status, estimated delivery date, order summary, ability to cancel order, etc immediately after purchasing. I had to wait until I received an email that the product had been shipped to get verification my order was being processed. I'm used to these information pieces from using ebay and Amazon. The website is no-frills, which makes it easy to navigate and search for what you need. I simply placed my order and paid for it. The process proceeded without any snags. But I regret not being able to compare prices before settling on items. All in all, averge stuff and nothing out of the ordinary.

GBExtraordinary customer service I was pleasantly surprised to receive extraordinary customer service. Upon placing the order I received a confirmation email with tracking information. After a couple days I was still unable to track the package. I emailed the company to request status. A response was received a few hours later advising the time frame for the shipment. My tracking information was updated and I received my package a few days later. Extremely pleased with the customer service.
