GBI ordered some enzymes from… I ordered some enzymes from vitaminforus.com, I didn't receive my order until nearly a month later. I ended up buying enzymes locally, then was surprised when I finally received my order over a week later... Needless to say, I won't be order through them again.

GBNO RESPONSE = TROUBLE To my knowledge I have never purchased from this company, yet there was a charge from them on my VISA card for $151.72. I emailed them with an inquiry and requested a invoice of what I supposedly purchased, with no response. I checked their website for a telephone number to which there is none. I have contacted my VISA card company requesting a fraud investigation be opened and I am awaiting a response. IF THEY WON'T POST A TELEPHONE NUMBER AND THEY WON'T ANSWER THEIR EMAIL, YOU PROBABLY SHOULDN'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

GBI placed my first order in December… I placed my first order in December 2020 for Metagenics D3 10,000 IU with K. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected but that doesn't negate a positive experience. Shipping was free when I ordered yet if I reorder today there is a shipping charge. Even with shipping the price is still $2 lower than Amazon.

GBI purchased a product that was priced… I purchased a product that was priced lower than the competition. I received the product in a timely manner. I was happy with the results. I would like to see the order status, estimated delivery date, order summary, ability to cancel order, etc immediately after purchasing. I had to wait until I received an email that the product had been shipped to get verification my order was being processed. I'm used to these information pieces from using ebay and Amazon. GBExtraordinary customer service I was pleasantly surprised to receive extraordinary customer service. Upon placing the order I received a confirmation email with tracking information. After a couple days I was still unable to track the package. I emailed the company to request status. A response was received a few hours later advising the time frame for the shipment. My tracking information was updated and I received my package a few days later. Extremely pleased with the customer service.
