NO RESPONSE = TROUBLE To my knowledge I have never purchased from this company, yet there was a charge from them on my VISA card for $151.72. I emailed them with an inquiry and requested a invoice of what I supposedly purchased, with no response. I checked their website for a telephone number to which there is none. I have contacted my VISA card company requesting a fraud investigation be opened and I am awaiting a response. IF THEY WON'T POST A TELEPHONE NUMBER AND THEY WON'T ANSWER THEIR EMAIL, YOU PROBABLY SHOULDN'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

FABULOUS SERVICE!!!! I do a lot of online ordering but never have I received a package as quickly as I did with Vitamins for us!!!!! I am very very pleased with their product and extremely pleased with their service. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Do Not Do Business with this website I ordered 2 supplements almost 3 weeks ago and the order hasn't even been processed yet. There was no notice of back order or any notification at all that the order wouldn't be sent in timely manner. This is UNACCEPTABLE! These supplements are MEDICINE. Extraordinary customer service I was pleasantly surprised to receive extraordinary customer service. Upon placing the order I received a confirmation email with tracking information. After a couple days I was still unable to track the package. I emailed the company to request status. A response was received a few hours later advising the time frame for the shipment. My tracking information was updated and I received my package a few days later. Extremely pleased with the customer service.

If there was a 0 review I would do… If there was a 0 review I would do this. I attempted to order something from this company and I entered my credit card 6 times and it said it was unsuccessful. However my credit card processed this payment 6 times. I am disputing these charges with my credit card company. I used another credit card and the order went through. I am going to dispute this with my credit card company also. In addition I ordered it from zvitamins website and the charges were under vitamins for us. Do not use this company. They don’t even have a phone number to contact them.
