The order went flawlessly. I received email confirmation of order, email confirmation when shipped with tracking that worked. Received promptly with no problems. Most bad reviews that I read we're from at least a couple of years ago. It's seems to me they have straightened things out. I shall order again.

Counterfeit supplements BEWARE I purchased Metagenics Estrovera supplements. Shipping was fast, however I immediately noticed that the bottle looked slightly different than Estrovera that I had purchased in the past from my doctor's office. When I unscrewed the lid, the tamper proof seal was partially pulled off. Also, the pills look yellow and have a funny smell. Definitely not taking these supplements. I emailed customer service requesting to return the product for a full refund. We will see if they respond. Fortunately, my credit card company is pretty good about filing complaints and I know they will be returning my money if vitaminsforus does not respond. Obviously selling counterfeit supplements. BEWARE!!!! BTW the brands they sell do not allow retailers to sell at a discount...should have known better.

If there was a 0 review I would do… If there was a 0 review I would do this. I attempted to order something from this company and I entered my credit card 6 times and it said it was unsuccessful. However my credit card processed this payment 6 times. I am disputing these charges with my credit card company. I used another credit card and the order went through. I am going to dispute this with my credit card company also. In addition I ordered it from zvitamins website and the charges were under vitamins for us. Do not use this company. They don’t even have a phone number to contact them.

I purchased a product that was priced… I purchased a product that was priced lower than the competition. I received the product in a timely manner. I was happy with the results. I would like to see the order status, estimated delivery date, order summary, ability to cancel order, etc immediately after purchasing. I had to wait until I received an email that the product had been shipped to get verification my order was being processed. I'm used to these information pieces from using ebay and Amazon. Exceeded my expectations Recently received my third order from V.F.U. They have shipped on time, have been responsive to a couple of emails I sent, and one other Attaboy. In February when I received my order they enclosed a coupon for future discounts of 20% on certain products including the product I purchase from them. When I ordered in August I had forgotten about the coupon until another one was enclosed with that shipment. I emailed them telling my forgetful story asking them to give me the discount and save it as a credit for future purchases. They did better, they gave me a refund on my credit card. If you're not using them, you should give them a chance.
