GBOrdered supplement needed for medical … Ordered supplement needed for medical reasons 2 weeks ago. Have heard nothing. There is no phone number. I have written 2 emails asking for tracking numbers or info on where my stuff is. Have gotten no response whatsoever. Wrote a third email through PayPal and still no answer. I have now turned this case over to paypal and hope to get my $70 back. I really needed this supplement as suggested by my Dr. I'm very upset. No good company. Do not use!

GBI purchased a product that was priced… I purchased a product that was priced lower than the competition. I received the product in a timely manner. I was happy with the results. I would like to see the order status, estimated delivery date, order summary, ability to cancel order, etc immediately after purchasing. I had to wait until I received an email that the product had been shipped to get verification my order was being processed. I'm used to these information pieces from using ebay and Amazon. GBExtraordinary customer service I was pleasantly surprised to receive extraordinary customer service. Upon placing the order I received a confirmation email with tracking information. After a couple days I was still unable to track the package. I emailed the company to request status. A response was received a few hours later advising the time frame for the shipment. My tracking information was updated and I received my package a few days later. Extremely pleased with the customer service.

GBExceeded my expectations Recently received my third order from V.F.U. They have shipped on time, have been responsive to a couple of emails I sent, and one other Attaboy. In February when I received my order they enclosed a coupon for future discounts of 20% on certain products including the product I purchase from them. When I ordered in August I had forgotten about the coupon until another one was enclosed with that shipment. I emailed them telling my forgetful story asking them to give me the discount and save it as a credit for future purchases. They did better, they gave me a refund on my credit card. If you're not using them, you should give them a chance.

The website is no-frills, which makes it easy to navigate and search for what you need. I simply placed my order and paid for it. The process proceeded without any snags. But I regret not being able to compare prices before settling on items. All in all, averge stuff and nothing out of the ordinary.
