The website is no-frills, which makes it easy to navigate and search for what you need. I simply placed my order and paid for it. The process proceeded without any snags. But I regret not being able to compare prices before settling on items. All in all, averge stuff and nothing out of the ordinary.

GBExtraordinary customer service I was pleasantly surprised to receive extraordinary customer service. Upon placing the order I received a confirmation email with tracking information. After a couple days I was still unable to track the package. I emailed the company to request status. A response was received a few hours later advising the time frame for the shipment. My tracking information was updated and I received my package a few days later. Extremely pleased with the customer service.

GBHappy with my order! I am a first-time buyer from this company and had not read any negative reviews before going to this site to leave the feedback. I was surprised that there has been so much discontent. My supplement (from Integrative therapeutics) was a bit delayed on its way, true, but right now it is Covid-19 time so I am not going to hold it against them. The supplement is in perfect shape and I have already ordered some more of the same. I hope that everything I order would continue to be great. So far, I have nothing to complain about, and, therefore, give them 5 stars.

GBExceeded my expectations Recently received my third order from V.F.U. They have shipped on time, have been responsive to a couple of emails I sent, and one other Attaboy. In February when I received my order they enclosed a coupon for future discounts of 20% on certain products including the product I purchase from them. When I ordered in August I had forgotten about the coupon until another one was enclosed with that shipment. I emailed them telling my forgetful story asking them to give me the discount and save it as a credit for future purchases. They did better, they gave me a refund on my credit card. If you're not using them, you should give them a chance.

The order went flawlessly. I received email confirmation of order, email confirmation when shipped with tracking that worked. Received promptly with no problems. Most bad reviews that I read we're from at least a couple of years ago. It's seems to me they have straightened things out. I shall order again.
