There was no notice of back order or any notification at all that the order wouldn't be sent in timely manner. This is UNACCEPTABLE! These supplements are MEDICINE. Most bad reviews that I read we're from at least a couple of years ago. It's seems to me they have straightened things out. I shall order again.

I would like to see the order status, estimated delivery date, order summary, ability to cancel order, etc immediately after purchasing. I had to wait until I received an email that the product had been shipped to get verification my order was being processed. I'm used to these information pieces from using ebay and Amazon.
