I ordered from the site and have to… I ordered from the site and have to admit didn't pay attention to reviews until afterwards. I was very nervous, but received the order in a decent time and had customer service reply immediately to my email I had sent in regards to my concerns with reviews. My order was already in transit and the company eased my fears. I would place a small order at first and see how it goes. Prices are great!

Beware of online shopping This company ought to be shut down immediately! They don't respond to any emails or have a working phone number. Pay pal listed a merchant phone number. (631) 514- 5364. I called it. A man answered and hung up immediately! Beware of online scammers & wash rag thieves!!!!

Extraordinary customer service I was pleasantly surprised to receive extraordinary customer service. Upon placing the order I received a confirmation email with tracking information. After a couple days I was still unable to track the package. I emailed the company to request status. A response was received a few hours later advising the time frame for the shipment. My tracking information was updated and I received my package a few days later. Extremely pleased with the customer service.

If there was a 0 review I would do… If there was a 0 review I would do this. I attempted to order something from this company and I entered my credit card 6 times and it said it was unsuccessful. However my credit card processed this payment 6 times. I am disputing these charges with my credit card company. I used another credit card and the order went through. I am going to dispute this with my credit card company also. In addition I ordered it from zvitamins website and the charges were under vitamins for us. Do not use this company. They don’t even have a phone number to contact them.
