I purchased a product that was priced… I purchased a product that was priced lower than the competition. I received the product in a timely manner. I was happy with the results. I would like to see the order status, estimated delivery date, order summary, ability to cancel order, etc immediately after purchasing. I had to wait until I received an email that the product had been shipped to get verification my order was being processed. I'm used to these information pieces from using ebay and Amazon. Extraordinary customer service I was pleasantly surprised to receive extraordinary customer service. Upon placing the order I received a confirmation email with tracking information. After a couple days I was still unable to track the package. I emailed the company to request status. A response was received a few hours later advising the time frame for the shipment. My tracking information was updated and I received my package a few days later. Extremely pleased with the customer service.

Do Not Do Business with this website I ordered 2 supplements almost 3 weeks ago and the order hasn't even been processed yet. There was no notice of back order or any notification at all that the order wouldn't be sent in timely manner. This is UNACCEPTABLE! These supplements are MEDICINE. I placed my first order in December… I placed my first order in December 2020 for Metagenics D3 10,000 IU with K. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected but that doesn't negate a positive experience. Shipping was free when I ordered yet if I reorder today there is a shipping charge. Even with shipping the price is still $2 lower than Amazon.

I was very nervous, but received the order in a decent time and had customer service reply immediately to my email I had sent in regards to my concerns with reviews. My order was already in transit and the company eased my fears. I would place a small order at first and see how it goes. Prices are great!
