Ordered supplement needed for medical … Ordered supplement needed for medical reasons 2 weeks ago. Have heard nothing. There is no phone number. I have written 2 emails asking for tracking numbers or info on where my stuff is. Have gotten no response whatsoever. Wrote a third email through PayPal and still no answer. I have now turned this case over to paypal and hope to get my $70 back. I really needed this supplement as suggested by my Dr. I'm very upset. No good company. Do not use!

After a couple days I was still unable to track the package. I emailed the company to request status. A response was received a few hours later advising the time frame for the shipment. My tracking information was updated and I received my package a few days later. Extremely pleased with the customer service.

I ordered some enzymes from… I ordered some enzymes from vitaminforus.com, I didn't receive my order until nearly a month later. I ended up buying enzymes locally, then was surprised when I finally received my order over a week later... Needless to say, I won't be order through them again.
