I am currently participating in the 30… I am currently participating in the 30 daily challenges over 30 days from home. I have NEVER sweat in my apartment as I have during several of the daily challenges. The workouts have strengthened my core, which have been in need of a shape up. Wayne and his team put together a motivating challenge; you can tell they put a lot of thought into the various, full body workouts. Thanks to Wayne and team!! I highly recommend this committed and responsive group.

True Training Concepts -where you train for yourself, not your trainer ! True Training Concepts constantly change my program to adapt to my lifestyle - this is the first time any trainer or program has listened to my real life needs and delivered an achievable program. I have been training with the Head Coach Wayne for 5 months now. I am getting stronger, have more energy and feel like I am achieving progress with my goals. The goals I set. In previous programs the trainers would make goals up for me that were uninspiring and irrelevant. I really value that Wayne listens to what I have to say and takes it on board. In the 5 months Wayne has had to adapt my plan often from travelling every week for work and living out of a hotel, to Christmas at home with my family, to being locked in my apartment for Covid 19. True Training Concepts has been with my every step of the way. I have been enabled to stay training and enjoying training through out all the obstacles.

I love that the workouts are tailored… I love that the workouts are tailored for me and I find them manageable and achievable. The videos really help in learning the exercise and I love that I can watch them over and over again to get it right. Having the option to train remotely via FT is a great benefit too.

I had an ordinary exeprience with… I had an ordinary exeprience with Truetraining Concepts. The material was average. The customer service was almost good. They weren't too helpful with the issues I faced. Their replies to my quries were often delayed. They need to improve on thier approch to customers so it would be more user-friendly. The pricing was alright, not too costly. Al-in-all, it was satisfactory but the room for improvement is still there. I wish they could improve so custmers could have better and more convenient expereience. Sound services but not quite there.
