True Training Concepts constantly change my program to adapt to my lifestyle - this is the first time any trainer or program has listened to my real life needs and delivered an achievable program. I have been training with the Head Coach Wayne for 5 months now. I am getting stronger, have more energy and feel like I am achieving progress with my goals. The goals I set. In previous programs the trainers would make goals up for me that were uninspiring and irrelevant. I really value that Wayne listens to what I have to say and takes it on board. In the 5 months Wayne has had to adapt my plan often from travelling every week for work and living out of a hotel, to Christmas at home with my family, to being locked in my apartment for Covid 19. True Training Concepts has been with my every step of the way. I have been enabled to stay training and enjoying training through out all the obstacles.

GBI love that the workouts are tailored… I love that the workouts are tailored for me and I find them manageable and achievable. The videos really help in learning the exercise and I love that I can watch them over and over again to get it right. Having the option to train remotely via FT is a great benefit too.

IEAmazing! I contacted true training concepts with the hopes that they would be able to tailor a program to fit my specific needs. They did not disappoint! My coach was able to create a very specific program with 3 separate workouts, that enabled me to work around my impairments and slowly start to improve my joint problems. The program I received was very concise and easy to follow, and my coach responded very quickly to any questions I had! I would highly recommend true training concepts regardless of your fitness levels.
