True Training Concepts -where you train for yourself, not your trainer ! True Training Concepts constantly change my program to adapt to my lifestyle - this is the first time any trainer or program has listened to my real life needs and delivered an achievable program. I have been training with the Head Coach Wayne for 5 months now. I am getting stronger, have more energy and feel like I am achieving progress with my goals. The goals I set. In previous programs the trainers would make goals up for me that were uninspiring and irrelevant. I really value that Wayne listens to what I have to say and takes it on board. In the 5 months Wayne has had to adapt my plan often from travelling every week for work and living out of a hotel, to Christmas at home with my family, to being locked in my apartment for Covid 19. True Training Concepts has been with my every step of the way. I have been enabled to stay training and enjoying training through out all the obstacles.

I had an avegrage experience with… I had an avegrage experience with Truetraining Concepts. The servide was just ok. I've seen better, but I've also seen worse. Prodicts they offer are no different than what you can find everywhere else, nuthin new or spechial. Cuatomer service too was avergae - helpful but not imprssive. All in all, nothing to rave about, but nothing to compain about either.

They weren't too helpful with the issues I faced. Their replies to my quries were often delayed. They need to improve on thier approch to customers so it would be more user-friendly. The pricing was alright, not too costly. Al-in-all, it was satisfactory but the room for improvement is still there. I wish they could improve so custmers could have better and more convenient expereience. Sound services but not quite there.

I couldn't really find all the inofrmation i was looking for. Also, i saw some spelling misstakes on the website. I wouldn't recomend this website, but it's almost good. Somethimes, the pages take quite some time to load. Althiugh this site may not be my first choise when loking for products, it still has some benifits if you do some reasearch.
