Their return process is fast and easy. I started a return on the OOFOS site and dropped off the product at a UPS Store. The refund posted to my credit card two days later.

I love my Oofos tennis shoes but sure… I love my Oofos tennis shoes but sure wish they’d use a different insole my feet stick to the kind they use and I have to buy differently inserts to put in them .

I bou pair of clogs advertised on… I bought a pair of clogs advertised on sale from an ad that kept showing up on Facebook. I never received the shoes. After several weeks I began to read reviews from people here, many of whom also were left having paid good $ but never receiving shoes. I wish I had known. There are scam sites, I believe from China, advertising Oofos at great sale prices. The sites appear totally legitimate. But if you do not receive the shoes you paid for and contact Oofos, they are consistently unhelpful. The whole experience left me wanting nothing to do with this company, and I hope this saves someone else from losing $ like I did.

Finally, Pain relief!!! Between my healthcare job and my catering business, I'm on my feet up yo 12 hours a day. I thought pain was just part of the game. I started seeing commercials for Oofos and I was a little skeptical about the claims put forth. I decided to try a pair and haven't looked back since! They have helped relieve my foot, back and neck pain from long hours of standing. I am amazed at the difference I feel after wearing them. So happy with the results, I went back and bought another pair!!

Not worth you hard earned $$ Soles of the shoes do not allow your foot to slip in easily. I do NOT have a wide foot and these are very difficult to put on. Shoes are comfortable, but not much different from many other more reasonable options out there. Contacted customer service regarding the difficult time putting the shoes on and was just told “use a shoe horn”. NOT helpful and no other options offered. Do not recommend.
