Best Bottle Yet!!!! I love this 32 oz bottle! I've been through Kleen Kanteens, Nalgenes, etc, but this is my favorite. The lid rocks, has a nice little grab handle you could throw a carabiner on, leakproof, etc. 4 stars b/c when I dropped it on the street, it slightly cracked at the base, I'm hoping b/c of coating (which I love), rather than the insulated outer layer:/ Also, I wish the loop for grabbing/holding was softer and larger, similar to Nalgene's. AWESOME customer service!!!!!!

Lid doesn't seal completely The product is genius if only the lid screwed on all the way so my coffee doesn't spill all over me between the bottle and the lid. I tried to tighten the lid more but it still gives me the same problem.

Great product, but... I love that Tempercraft includes the drink spout and ring. With our other insulated bottles, we had to buy separate accessories. My only problem I experienced was a weird taste that didn't go away after the first or second wash. I used dish soap and hot water but the taste remained. I eventually used white vinegar then baking soda and water to remove whatever was in the bottle.

Too tall and too large an opening… While I like the insulation feature and appearance of our new coffee mugs, they are too tall to fit under our Keurig coffee maker. And the opening of the mug is so large, that once I get past the halfway point and tilt the cup more, coffee spills out around my mouth because it's coming out so fast. Since this is the smallest size mug offered, I will reluctantly be returning them.

I have had an avergae experince wtih… I have had an avergae experince wtih TempercraftUSA.com. Thier service was nothing special, just ok. The prduct qualty was meedocre, nothin great, nothin bad. The cost of the produtcts was above aveerage and wasn't too impressive for me. Had better service with other simialr providers. The wesbite was easy to use but it was nothing special. Just an ordinary expereince. But they did delievr qickly.
