Too tall and too large an opening… While I like the insulation feature and appearance of our new coffee mugs, they are too tall to fit under our Keurig coffee maker. And the opening of the mug is so large, that once I get past the halfway point and tilt the cup more, coffee spills out around my mouth because it's coming out so fast. Since this is the smallest size mug offered, I will reluctantly be returning them.

Sipper doesn't flow properly After much examination, there appears to be something wrong with the little membrane next to the sipper. The sipper stops working, and if you tap on the membrane it somehow seems to clear it, and it starts working again. For the money, this shouldn't be happening.

I have had an avergae experince wtih… I have had an avergae experince wtih TempercraftUSA.com. Thier service was nothing special, just ok. The prduct qualty was meedocre, nothin great, nothin bad. The cost of the produtcts was above aveerage and wasn't too impressive for me. Had better service with other simialr providers. The wesbite was easy to use but it was nothing special. Just an ordinary expereince. But they did delievr qickly.

Really love the actual bottle Really love the actual bottle! However, I bought one as a gift and signed up for "pick up" and it actually shipped to my billing address. So the person being gifted it totally saw it. :( Additionally it was ingraved incorrectly. Nothing that can't be covered up by a sticker, but still mildly annoying. The actual bottle is AWESOME. Would recommend!

Good Quality....made in China :( I purchased this product because I read several places that it is made in the USA. I couldn’t find anything on the Tempercraft website that indicated the country of origin. The lid options are nice and The water bottle looks to have good construction but it is indeed Made In China. If this product was made in the USA I would purchase more.
