Excellent instructors Excellent instructors with very reasonable prices! It was easy to find a competent tutor and it’s been a great learning experience! I’ve been studying a little more than a year now and everything has been great.

No refundable trials I like the fact that you can see the description and background of each tutor, so you can find one that might suit you. Also, it's very convenient to see all available timeslots of tutors and if you are shy to say goodbye you can just stop scheduling classes :) What upset me is the refund policy, each student has only 1 trial and in case for any reason the trial didn't happen, they will not return it to you. Like, in my case, the teacher didn't show up for a lesson, but I wasn't able to use trials anymore to schedule a lesson with some other teachers :/

Why keep paying this predatory system Why keep paying this predatory system? It's a rip off. Once you're introduced to your teacher ditch them and pay your tutor directly. VP takes a huge cut for nothing more than introducing you to each other.
