GBGreat tutor Great selection of languages I have completed 4 or 5 lessons in Dutch. I have been booking every Thursday at 11 am. My tutor is wonderful, and I hoped to continue working with her. I found that no more lessons were available at the time I could attend. I feel very sad to lose my instructor. I now signed up for a different instructor. Continuity is important to me so I will request some way to sign up for multiple lessons so that we can keep the same instructor. Otherwise, everybody, make SURE you sign up well in advance or talk to your instructor about your desire to book regular lessons.

GBWhy keep paying this predatory system Why keep paying this predatory system? It's a rip off. Once you're introduced to your teacher ditch them and pay your tutor directly. VP takes a huge cut for nothing more than introducing you to each other.

GBVerbalplanet: the best tool available for online language tutors Verbalplanet is the best tool available for online language tutors. Great marketing done that allows teachers to easily find students, flexible options available to set up fees and payment options. And great calendar for all, whatever their time zone in the world. I have used verbalplanet for over 10 years. A gem! Thanks

GBNative speakers! It’s so important to practice with a native speaker. Verbal Planet is an easy and affordable way to be matched with a tutor. Shout out to Aurélie Simon-Chautemps, whose lessons are terrific and whose humor I can’t do without.

GBAn excellent teacher and an excellent service My instructor on Verbal planet has helped me immensely. I have been studying Italian for years but have made more progress in the last year with my tutor than ever before. She encourages and challenges me. My progress with Italian has inspired me to start learning French which I am comprehending easily because of my Italian studies. I'm also a fan of Verbal Planet because they don't price gouge. I previously worked with another service who charged too much and kept most of the fees for themselves with less than half going to the actual tutor.
