My teacher is kind and personable My teacher is kind and personable. She is always there on time. She is encouraging and although we use a workbook, she goes off script to help me understand things I struggle with and she helps me practice things I want to work on! Sometimes we have a bad internet connection and she is patient, calling me back numerous times if necessary. (Poor connections are always on my end!) She is kind and we sometimes talk about culture and cultural differences!

No refundable trials I like the fact that you can see the description and background of each tutor, so you can find one that might suit you. Also, it's very convenient to see all available timeslots of tutors and if you are shy to say goodbye you can just stop scheduling classes :) What upset me is the refund policy, each student has only 1 trial and in case for any reason the trial didn't happen, they will not return it to you. Like, in my case, the teacher didn't show up for a lesson, but I wasn't able to use trials anymore to schedule a lesson with some other teachers :/

Milagros Milagros, is a patient talented language instructor. She is patient with us as we work on the correct pronunciation. And she is quite skillful as we construct sentences with proper conjugations. She has given us many colorful handouts that really help us understand emotions and how to build a sentence. My wife and I are taking the lessons together and have enjoyed spending time practicing vocabulary and some writing between lessons. Today I met with a contractor who was speaking Spanish to her crew and was able to understand a lot more of what she said. We are really enjoying working with Milagros!!

They don’t approve your profile just because they don’t want more teachers. It’s been 4 days since I’m trying to approve my teacher profile and they keep reject me. They NEVER answered me once telling me why. I’ve added a new profile pic, my experiences, my education, Skype account..still nothing. They just don’t want more teachers and they don’t tell you.
