magnificent improvement due to NovaKid My son learns english lessons with Nikki for 6 months now and he made a magnificent improvement. He used to dislike english lessons at school and now he gained so much confidence and really likes it, thanks to his lovely teacher in NovaKid: Nikki, who's always kind and have so much patient for him!

Unreliable, Untrustworthy, and a Complete Waste of Money I signed up for Novakid with the goal of improving my child's English skills, but what I got was nothing but frustration, disappointment, and a platform that fails to deliver on every promise. First and foremost, the lessons are constantly cancelled without any prior notice. It's impossible to make any progress when you can't even count on the classes taking place as scheduled. My child was left frustrated and discouraged time and time again. The lack of service from Novakid is appalling. There's no one to turn to when issues arise, no support, and no accountability. You're left completely on your own to deal with the constant cancellations and schedule changes. It's a nightmare trying to plan around their unreliability. Speaking of scheduling, Novakid seems to think it's perfectly acceptable to change the lesson times whenever they feel like it. They disregard the fact that we have lives and commitments outside of their platform. The inconsistency and lack of respect for our time are infuriating. Worst of all, Novakid has destroyed any trust I had in them. I have no confidence that I'm getting what I paid for. They take your money and then fail to provide the promised services. It's a complete scam. I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid Novakid. They are the epitome of an untrustworthy and unreliable educational platform. Save your money and find a service that actually values your time and delivers on their commitments. Novakid is nothing but a colossal waste of money and a source of endless headaches.
