Excellent language learning app I switched my subscription to a lifetime membership in December. And I made a bit of a mess of it. A email was sent to customer services. Within a couple of days they had sorted it all out most satisfactorily. Excellent communication. As for Mondly itself, I have tried various other online language apps. I find this is the one that teaches and motivates me the best.

Excellent customer service! I fine the Mondly language app easy to use and like the way you can pace the learning according to your own timetable. Perfect all round!

The app teaches you some really useful… The app teaches you some really useful vocabulary, words that Duolingo never brings up but seems rather essential to know. The range of languages you can study is great too, lots of cool little features and tools in the app. My only little gripe would be the layout/interface is a bit lacking design-wise, but the content itself is really great for providing realistic and useful vocabulary. Would recommend for someone whos trying to learn practical language for their target language.

Great support from the Mondly personnel The Mondly contact was very helpful and patient with an issue I was having with access to their Site. Pleased and surprised by their sincere concern with the problem and persisting until it was resolved.

Super customer service. Very good programme Superb customer service. Very useful programme for learning the two languages I am trying to develop. Good sense of progression - although a bit too fast and could do with more repetition considering the script is also new for a beginner. But I rate the programme highly. Please consider developing Swahili - perhaps the most widely spoken African language?
