Great App to learn new languages, great support! First of all "Mondly" is great app for learning/training a new language, including Greek, which is not offered by many (or better said: by good) provider. I got a little problem with my 'lifetime'-membership so I had to write to the support. What can I say, I barely ever had such a great and nice support before! I absolutely recommend Mondly - in all ways!

These people are an absolute disgrace These people are an absolute disgrace. I paid nearly one hundred pounds for their best deal so I could learn Greek whilst I am in Greece for several months and then Albanian. I have no doubt I have done something wrong but the only languages it will let me learn are Chinese and Spanish. I have emailed their support department 10 times asking for help but all I get is an automated reply and advertising about how wonderful they are. In fact they are useless to the point of dishonesty. I cannot comment on the quality of lessons because I haven’t had the chance

Great support from the Mondly personnel The Mondly contact was very helpful and patient with an issue I was having with access to their Site. Pleased and surprised by their sincere concern with the problem and persisting until it was resolved.

The lessons are really difficult for… The lessons are really difficult for beginners to learn and waste money : 1. No explained errors 2. No teaching grammatical structures 3. The cost is too expensive and not suitable for some people like students 4. Pronunciation teaching is not professional and not detailed But at least they create short daily lessons for learners to remember and repeat many times, I appreciate that

Worst experience I regret I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing the monthly access, which I actually thought was for 1 month only until I received an email about the renewal. It’s impossible to cancel the subscription. Only scammers and business who wants to make money on peoples’ mistakes wouldn’t put an option for cancelling the subscription neither on their website nor their app. Someone should report you for bad practices you just steal money from people!
