CAI wanted to use Mondly as an auxiliary… I wanted to use Mondly as an auxiliary in my Mandarin learning and I found it very badly made. I don't know how they do with Indo-European languages, but they seem to treat non-Indo-European languages the same as Indo-European ones, and it is a huge mistake. Terrible and very shallow. I asked to be refunded within a few hours after my subscription : more than one week later, I still haven't received my refund, the customer service replies one in four of my messages and always with the same vagueness and uneffectiveness. Not only are they bad at what they pretend to be best at (languages), but they look like crooks to me. Avoid!

GBSuper customer service. Very good programme Superb customer service. Very useful programme for learning the two languages I am trying to develop. Good sense of progression - although a bit too fast and could do with more repetition considering the script is also new for a beginner. But I rate the programme highly. Please consider developing Swahili - perhaps the most widely spoken African language?

ITAvoid at all cost! I regret I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing the monthly access, which I actually thought was for 1 month only until I received an email about the renewal. It’s impossible to cancel the subscription. Only scammers and business who wants to make money on peoples’ mistakes wouldn’t put an option for cancelling the subscription neither on their website nor their app. Someone should report you for bad practices you just steal money from people!
