Takes the guesswork out of German I‘m so pleased to have found German With Laura because Laura lays the grammar foundations and fills the grammar holes that I have experienced with Duolingo. I started learning German online as an adult simply for brain training but found quickly that a grammar course was necessary in order to elevate my language learning from merely rote learning on an app to a working understanding of the nuts and bolts of basic German sentences. Laura‘s German Foundation 1 really delivers this in clear bite sized lessons. The more Laura lessons I take, the less I‘m just guessing on that pesky app. I can whole heartedly recommend German with Laura. I‘m certainly thinking about taking the next course German Foundations 2 next.

A step-change in learning German! I studied German in high school and have tried picking it up on and off again over the last twenty years without much success - until now. For the first time, I have started to understand the rules behind the grammar, instead of just trying to memorise set combinations.
