Takes the guesswork out of German I‘m so pleased to have found German With Laura because Laura lays the grammar foundations and fills the grammar holes that I have experienced with Duolingo. I started learning German online as an adult simply for brain training but found quickly that a grammar course was necessary in order to elevate my language learning from merely rote learning on an app to a working understanding of the nuts and bolts of basic German sentences. Laura‘s German Foundation 1 really delivers this in clear bite sized lessons. The more Laura lessons I take, the less I‘m just guessing on that pesky app. I can whole heartedly recommend German with Laura. I‘m certainly thinking about taking the next course German Foundations 2 next.

Laura's methods are much more logical… Laura's methods are much more logical and useful than other courses I've taken so far in both the US and Germany. She breaks down the complex grammar in German into consumable parts, and I immediately started improving my German. As an Expat in Germany, I can highly recommend for anyone who is seeking a real grammar refresh.

German Foundations should be the go-to method German Foundations is a life saver! Laura's methodology has made German grammar MUCH easier to understand and drastically reduces the amount of memorization needed. I still have a lot of work to do to recall everything on the fly, but this course receives a well-earned recommendation from me.
