Laura's methodology has made German grammar MUCH easier to understand and drastically reduces the amount of memorization needed. I still have a lot of work to do to recall everything on the fly, but this course receives a well-earned recommendation from me.

No. I would rather be given the confidence from the teacher, before diving right in.

Great way to learn German I am in the midst of Laura's German Foundations Two. It is well worth the price of admission. I personally find some of the fine points of German grammar to be difficult, but on her videos Laura discusses them clearly with examples, as well as practice exercises. The great thing is you can watch each video as often as you want to aid in your understanding, and questions you submit are promptly answered. The Resource Guide book, with its charts and shortcuts, is awesome.

A step-change in learning German! I studied German in high school and have tried picking it up on and off again over the last twenty years without much success - until now.
