Truly a bad experience with Berlitz… Truly a bad experience with Berlitz Flex. Video courses are repetitive and terminally slow, with not enough focus on grammar or actual conversation. The amount of time they give for you to cancel is not sufficient as a new learner- only a few days. By the time you realize how utterly useless and glitchy the program is, they have you locked into a contract that they will not release you from. Avoid at all costs.

I regret to chose berlitz online I regret to chose berlitz online. Support center is not efficient, they can’t solve your requests. Additionally; if your level is a.1-a.2 not enough to learn. You cant book online sessions before complete previous 2 lessons and online sessions. Online sessions just repeat self-learning lessons. So that Berlitz it is not efficient learning way to beginner level.

I had one on one private lessons I had one on one private lessons. They were ok. I asked for more on demand conversation/ spontaneous conversation but I read 80% of the time. It wasn't very flexible or easy to make or change appointments. It took me two weeks to get started after I had paid. Also the instructor occasionally took a brief pause during our session to answer the phone or assist the other people in his home. So a bit disruptive. Things I did like- talking to a native speaker and improving my accent and speech!

in general I am very pleased with Berlitz. The continued difficulty for both me and my instructor Alma to join the lesson is very frustrating for both of us. We are resorting to Skyp in general I am very pleased with Berlitz, especially my instructors. I am bothered, though, by the audio portion of the lessons. One of my instructors (I can't remember which one) agreed that the audio is much too fast for a student/learner to follow. She said that even she had trouble keeping up with them. Please have the imaginary speakers in the audo portions slow down! i appreciate Berlitz's willingness to design a curriculum more in line with what I am interested in learning about. Special kudos to Nancy Sorial, Melissa Kovacevic and the rest of the team that handles my account!

I had the opportunity to meet Berlitz through Google, my daughter lives in Italy and I was looking for classes for her this summer, the first contact was super fast and satisfactory through Miss Yessenia, always very attentive and cordial! The location of the school incredibly great, in Virginia, Mrs. Hebert very kind, the great teacher! I am very happy to see my daughter's progress with her English! I am so pleased that she will now continue with her online classes once she returns to Italy! I 100% recommend her teaching services! Thank you Berlitz for her help and all her attention!
