Management is awfull (they do not even pay the parafiscals and lie about it). Managers are new rich who bully well educated teachers without any concern because they have no education at all- people that learnt their language in the street. Street teachers. They even lie about paying for your pension - please be aware. They also lie about your performance - be aware and take note of everything you do! Cuidado ! No pagan los parafiscales - pida los estractos de sus pensiones porque después de los años uno se entera que no los estaban pagando. Anote y tome foto de todo lo que hace porque son mentirosos respecto al desempeño de los profesores para poderlos botar - la administración está llena de venezolanos resentidos. NO VALE LA PENA

for many times I can't connect to your… for many times I can't connect to your website, wasting time on internet connection issue. not a user friendly platform for joining the class. also I could only join the room within 5 minute before class, I can't check my network before that. despite of these the teachers are good, I appreciate their hard works. I'd like to study higher level of the English class but the internet connection makes me a second thought.

This teaching system is outdated and… This teaching system is outdated and difficult to follow. The book has multiple errors. Lesson in Dative... Book materials in Akkus. Or vice versa. Spelling / Sie / Sie / sie issues... multiple errors noted. The teaching style doesn't meet the errors of different types of learners There is no ability to self guide / re-read the book since it isn't set up as a text-book. "Just Listen and repeat and osmosis learning" isn't how all adults learn. No english and no explanations... which means for learners who process and what to re-engage the materials it is impossible Instructors handbook is different than mine which means we aren't on the same page and get easily confused.

I had the opportunity to meet Berlitz through Google, my daughter lives in Italy and I was looking for classes for her this summer, the first contact was super fast and satisfactory through Miss Yessenia, always very attentive and cordial! The location of the school incredibly great, in Virginia, Mrs. Hebert very kind, the great teacher! I am very happy to see my daughter's progress with her English! The cyber program is very glitchy The cyber program is very glitchy. I only received 1 of my post-live lesson reviews, and the others I guess are floating around somewhere? Not in spam or junk. The drag and drop feature, required for some of my program lessons stopped working. I reported it and no one responded to my complaint. Teachers are pleasant, but it's hard when you are a beginner and the instructor does not speak your native language, so you can't answer questions.
