Scam This FLEX thing is the biggest scam in all the exciting learning programs. The app / "lessons" before getting someone to talk are useless and a big waste of time. So it's super expensive for nothing, and when you have already paid and you try to change, they don't care about their customers' feedback and just ask to pay more if you want to change for another super expensive program... avoid at all cost!

I had the opportunity to meet Berlitz through Google, my daughter lives in Italy and I was looking for classes for her this summer, the first contact was super fast and satisfactory through Miss Yessenia, always very attentive and cordial! The location of the school incredibly great, in Virginia, Mrs. Hebert very kind, the great teacher! I am very happy to see my daughter's progress with her English! I think Berlitz flex program is a great… I think Berlitz flex program is a great course to take. I've been taking German for 5 months and haven't had one bad instructor, Maybe I'm lucky but it's about taking your self tought courses and applying it to speaking live. If you're looking for a flashy and fun interface this isn't it but apply yourself and you will improve here. This program DOES have the material needed. It takes discipline and repotition outside of your online courses as well.

Barely this school needs any additional… Barely this school needs any additional recommendation. It's just one of the best language centers. As a language geek I've been using their interactive courses and books since young age, and I recommend their online/offline classes to everybody who is learning a foreign language, either as a fun hobby or for job. I've studied German, Chinese, and considering to dive into French someday.

I regret to chose berlitz online I regret to chose berlitz online. Support center is not efficient, they can’t solve your requests. Additionally; if your level is a.1-a.2 not enough to learn. You cant book online sessions before complete previous 2 lessons and online sessions. Online sessions just repeat self-learning lessons. So that Berlitz it is not efficient learning way to beginner level.
