for many times I can't connect to your… for many times I can't connect to your website, wasting time on internet connection issue. not a user friendly platform for joining the class. also I could only join the room within 5 minute before class, I can't check my network before that. despite of these the teachers are good, I appreciate their hard works. I'd like to study higher level of the English class but the internet connection makes me a second thought.

German online class - LIES German omline class, for which I paid $1800 and signed a contract for a start date 7 Feb 2023, got postponed by 4 weeks; notice was then given that today, 14 March, is the offical start date and that my course starts at 8pm. In the student portal, the instructor was changed last minute (three hours before course start), and now the assigned instructor has not shown up and we are 18 minutes into a 60-min session. Scam and waste of money! I am in the US (Virginia), not in Hungary, as listed. Also, NL is a racist.

Truly a bad experience with Berlitz… Truly a bad experience with Berlitz Flex. Video courses are repetitive and terminally slow, with not enough focus on grammar or actual conversation. The amount of time they give for you to cancel is not sufficient as a new learner- only a few days. By the time you realize how utterly useless and glitchy the program is, they have you locked into a contract that they will not release you from. Avoid at all costs.

I had the opportunity to meet Berlitz through Google, my daughter lives in Italy and I was looking for classes for her this summer, the first contact was super fast and satisfactory through Miss Yessenia, always very attentive and cordial! The location of the school incredibly great, in Virginia, Mrs. Hebert very kind, the great teacher! I am very happy to see my daughter's progress with her English! I had one on one private lessons I had one on one private lessons. They were ok. I asked for more on demand conversation/ spontaneous conversation but I read 80% of the time. It wasn't very flexible or easy to make or change appointments. It took me two weeks to get started after I had paid. Also the instructor occasionally took a brief pause during our session to answer the phone or assist the other people in his home. So a bit disruptive. Things I did like- talking to a native speaker and improving my accent and speech!
