I had the opportunity to meet Berlitz through Google, my daughter lives in Italy and I was looking for classes for her this summer, the first contact was super fast and satisfactory through Miss Yessenia, always very attentive and cordial! The location of the school incredibly great, in Virginia, Mrs. Hebert very kind, the great teacher! I am very happy to see my daughter's progress with her English! I am so pleased that she will now continue with her online classes once she returns to Italy! I 100% recommend her teaching services! Thank you Berlitz for her help and all her attention! I am very happy and pleased!

The cyber program is very glitchy The cyber program is very glitchy. I only received 1 of my post-live lesson reviews, and the others I guess are floating around somewhere? Not in spam or junk. The drag and drop feature, required for some of my program lessons stopped working. I reported it and no one responded to my complaint. Teachers are pleasant, but it's hard when you are a beginner and the instructor does not speak your native language, so you can't answer questions.

Regret the Purchase Honestly, I hate the program. I paid too much for what I am getting. It is very business-centric. It does not do a great job of teaching or reinforcing learning. There is a short intro, but again, very business-centric (not generally applicable for other purposes) I would NOT RECOMMEND.

German online class - LIES German omline class, for which I paid $1800 and signed a contract for a start date 7 Feb 2023, got postponed by 4 weeks; notice was then given that today, 14 March, is the offical start date and that my course starts at 8pm. In the student portal, the instructor was changed last minute (three hours before course start), and now the assigned instructor has not shown up and we are 18 minutes into a 60-min session. Scam and waste of money! I am in the US (Virginia), not in Hungary, as listed. Also, NL is a racist.

in general I am very pleased with Berlitz. The continued difficulty for both me and my instructor Alma to join the lesson is very frustrating for both of us. We are resorting to Skyp in general I am very pleased with Berlitz, especially my instructors. I am bothered, though, by the audio portion of the lessons. One of my instructors (I can't remember which one) agreed that the audio is much too fast for a student/learner to follow. She said that even she had trouble keeping up with them. Please have the imaginary speakers in the audo portions slow down! i appreciate Berlitz's willingness to design a curriculum more in line with what I am interested in learning about. Special kudos to Nancy Sorial, Melissa Kovacevic and the rest of the team that handles my account!
