I had the opportunity to meet Berlitz through Google, my daughter lives in Italy and I was looking for classes for her this summer, the first contact was super fast and satisfactory through Miss Yessenia, always very attentive and cordial! The location of the school incredibly great, in Virginia, Mrs. Hebert very kind, the great teacher! I am very happy to see my daughter's progress with her English! I am so pleased that she will now continue with her online classes once she returns to Italy! I 100% recommend her teaching services! Thank you Berlitz for her help and all her attention! Russian Language 100hrs I completed a 100-hour Russian language course with an "in-person" tutor which took place over Skype. Due to my busy schedule, I was only able to conduct lessons Tues-Wed for two hours at a time. The individual lessons were effective, and they included speaking, reading, and listening. There were very few instances in which English was spoken. The lessons were not only catered towards the DLPT because that was not the overall goal. The overall goal was to improve my speaking ability and vocabulary into new topics, and that goal was met. I highly recommend Berlitz.

German online class - LIES German omline class, for which I paid $1800 and signed a contract for a start date 7 Feb 2023, got postponed by 4 weeks; notice was then given that today, 14 March, is the offical start date and that my course starts at 8pm. In the student portal, the instructor was changed last minute (three hours before course start), and now the assigned instructor has not shown up and we are 18 minutes into a 60-min session. Scam and waste of money! I am in the US (Virginia), not in Hungary, as listed. Also, NL is a racist.

for many times I can't connect to your… for many times I can't connect to your website, wasting time on internet connection issue. not a user friendly platform for joining the class. also I could only join the room within 5 minute before class, I can't check my network before that. despite of these the teachers are good, I appreciate their hard works. I'd like to study higher level of the English class but the internet connection makes me a second thought.

I had one on one private lessons I had one on one private lessons. They were ok. I asked for more on demand conversation/ spontaneous conversation but I read 80% of the time. It wasn't very flexible or easy to make or change appointments. It took me two weeks to get started after I had paid. Also the instructor occasionally took a brief pause during our session to answer the phone or assist the other people in his home. So a bit disruptive. Things I did like- talking to a native speaker and improving my accent and speech!
