Truly a bad experience with Berlitz… Truly a bad experience with Berlitz Flex. Video courses are repetitive and terminally slow, with not enough focus on grammar or actual conversation. The amount of time they give for you to cancel is not sufficient as a new learner- only a few days. By the time you realize how utterly useless and glitchy the program is, they have you locked into a contract that they will not release you from. Avoid at all costs.

Russian Language 100hrs I completed a 100-hour Russian language course with an "in-person" tutor which took place over Skype. Due to my busy schedule, I was only able to conduct lessons Tues-Wed for two hours at a time. The individual lessons were effective, and they included speaking, reading, and listening. There were very few instances in which English was spoken. The lessons were not only catered towards the DLPT because that was not the overall goal. The overall goal was to improve my speaking ability and vocabulary into new topics, and that goal was met. I highly recommend Berlitz.

I regret to chose berlitz online I regret to chose berlitz online. Support center is not efficient, they can’t solve your requests. Additionally; if your level is a.1-a.2 not enough to learn. You cant book online sessions before complete previous 2 lessons and online sessions. Online sessions just repeat self-learning lessons. So that Berlitz it is not efficient learning way to beginner level.

Berlitz low hourly wages with unreliable benefits… Berlitz is an authoritarian company with very unreliable benefits including a low hourly wage that is paid upon students attendance. Management is awfull (they do not even pay the parafiscals and lie about it). Managers are new rich who bully well educated teachers without any concern because they have no education at all- people that learnt their language in the street. Street teachers. They even lie about paying for your pension - please be aware. They also lie about your performance - be aware and take note of everything you do! Cuidado ! Berlitz tiene una rotación de personal altísima. Ya nadie quiere trabajar ahí. No pagan los parafiscales - pida los estractos de sus pensiones porque después de los años uno se entera que no los estaban pagando. Anote y tome foto de todo lo que hace porque son mentirosos respecto al desempeño de los profesores para poderlos botar - la administración está llena de venezolanos resentidos. NO VALE LA PENA

This teaching system is outdated and… This teaching system is outdated and difficult to follow. The book has multiple errors. Lesson in Dative... Book materials in Akkus. Or vice versa. Spelling / Sie / Sie / sie issues... multiple errors noted. The teaching style doesn't meet the errors of different types of learners There is no ability to self guide / re-read the book since it isn't set up as a text-book. "Just Listen and repeat and osmosis learning" isn't how all adults learn. No english and no explanations... which means for learners who process and what to re-engage the materials it is impossible Instructors handbook is different than mine which means we aren't on the same page and get easily confused.
