You cant book online sessions before complete previous 2 lessons and online sessions. Online sessions just repeat self-learning lessons. So that Berlitz it is not efficient learning way to beginner level.

You should be more transparent about your service and what you are able to provide for the client. This program is very expensive and I did not get my money's worth. I honestly would not recommend Berlitz to other people, you can try other language programs for half the cost and better attention to the customer.

The teaching style doesn't meet the errors of different types of learners There is no ability to self guide / re-read the book since it isn't set up as a text-book. "Just Listen and repeat and osmosis learning" isn't how all adults learn. No english and no explanations... which means for learners who process and what to re-engage the materials it is impossible Instructors handbook is different than mine which means we aren't on the same page and get easily confused.
