Although the customer service was satisfactorty, the range of products and stoc availability seemed mediocer. The price of the merchandise is relevantly low compared to other competitors I have tried. There is room for further improvement when it comes to the payment system which I found somewhat cumbersom. In short, I think they have the capacity to achieve greater success if there are some changes impemented.

Enjoy the products very much, shipping times not so much. I really enjoy the products as they are very well designed, but the shipping is horrible, enough so that I'm debating if I want to continue ordering De Novo supplements. Each order I've placed has taken over a week to receive and one order was even delivered to the wrong address, taking over 2 weeks. The easy explanation is "The shipping portion of it is not our fault, we have no control over that", but De Novo has ultimate responsibility over the distribution and delivery of their products.
