The easy explanation is "The shipping portion of it is not our fault, we have no control over that", but De Novo has ultimate responsibility over the distribution and delivery of their products.

The thing I did'nt like though was that the product listings were'nt very clear. It was sometimes hard to find all the necessary information. The service, however, was quite passable—I got a response to my emails pritty fast. All in all, an averge experience for me.
