Placed an order with NO SHOW! Placed an order, credit card was charged and now I’ve been ghosted with no product shipped and a defunct website. When I call the phone there are no answers or straight busy signals.

Great Exercise Bike The Exerpeutic 400XL Folding Recumbent Bike with Performance Monitor☆☆☆☆☆ The bike is great, and the customer service behind it is awesome. The bike is a perfect size, very comfortable. If you think a big oversized bike is better. No, it isn't. It has very easy to read displays. You can adjust the tension. I couldn't be happier. Oh, and the bigger is better bike, it's in the garage until we put it out with the garbage. The price is right. I highly recommend! 👍

The photos detalyeng the product ar hopstly quite accurste but it would be nice to be able to zoom in to see things in more details. I thourght the checkout proceess was alright and it was easy to find my way around the website. Unfortunatly the customer service wasn't up to par to what otehr ecommerce platforms were offereing. Overal, a meadocre exprience wit this shop, nothign outstanding or particularily bad.

Don't subscribe to their App! I bought a rowing machine in Feb 2023, the equipment is not bad. BUT Don't subscribe to their App. Their service is so bad! It doesn't exist. I needed help logging in to mycloudfitness app account; I have never gotten any response (since August). I decided to cancel my subscription; I sent multiple emails to several email accounts, never got any response (since August), and they still charging my account! Don't subscribe to their app.
