I contacted customer service because… I contacted customer service because the display on the treadmill did not show the distance I was walking. They responded the same day with a YouTube video for a fix. The fix did not work and I contacted customer service again, including a picture of the set-up. They responded the next business day saying I needed a new sensor. The sensor arrived within 3-4 business days and resolved the issue.

The bike is a perfect size, very comfortable. If you think a big oversized bike is better. No, it isn't. It has very easy to read displays. You can adjust the tension. I couldn't be happier. Oh, and the bigger is better bike, it's in the garage until we put it out with the garbage. The price is right. I highly recommend! 👍

I called the company the following day and the gentleman on the phone was courteous and helpful during my report of the missing part. It arrived the vet next day. The site is nothing special, but I was able to find what I was looking 4 and manage 2 order some items quickly and easily. The checkout procedue was meaninful and straightforward. I was a bit disappointed with the quallity of the products, but I gues it was avarage. For the prices they charge, I suppose I can say I had a good experiance. I wouldnt particularry recomend this store, if you're lookig for something special and high-quallity.
