Quick response, accurate part selection After scouring Amazon and the Web for a specific part for my very old ProGear Cross Trainer, I noticed the sticker with a support phone number on the frame. I was directed to an email, and the part was quoted, billed via PayPal and shipped reasonably fast. Very satisfied that I did not have to recycle my old machine, which has lots of life left!

Great customer service and rapid response to my request. When the item arrived the little wheel to extend the machine was missing. I called the company the following day and the gentleman on the phone was courteous and helpful during my report of the missing part. It arrived the vet next day. Don't subscribe to their App! I bought a rowing machine in Feb 2023, the equipment is not bad. BUT Don't subscribe to their App. Their service is so bad! It doesn't exist. I needed help logging in to mycloudfitness app account; I have never gotten any response (since August). I decided to cancel my subscription; I sent multiple emails to several email accounts, never got any response (since August), and they still charging my account! Don't subscribe to their app.

My expreince with paradigmhw.com was… My expreince with paradigmhw.com was avarage. They have ok products and okay prices. The photos detalyeng the product ar hopstly quite accurste but it would be nice to be able to zoom in to see things in more details. I thourght the checkout proceess was alright and it was easy to find my way around the website. Unfortunatly the customer service wasn't up to par to what otehr ecommerce platforms were offereing. Overal, a meadocre exprience wit this shop, nothign outstanding or particularily bad.

Problem with the Exerpuetic 440XL ..... My Exerpuetic 440XL treadmill was automatically set to the maximum speed when I increase the speed gradually, which is dangerous for older people. I contacted Paradigm, shown them a video of what happened and they determined I need to replace the electronic console, too bad my unit was out of warranty and need to purchase the parts. They shipped out quickly and it was easy to replace, and now the treadmill is working like it used to again.
