The bike is a perfect size, very comfortable. If you think a big oversized bike is better. No, it isn't. It has very easy to read displays. You can adjust the tension. I couldn't be happier. Oh, and the bigger is better bike, it's in the garage until we put it out with the garbage. The price is right. I highly recommend! 👍

GBBAD BAD BUSINESS The only reason I gave one star is bc you have to rate otherwise you can not post. This company sold me a treadmill that broke in a few months then wouldn’t answer my calls or texts. They reached out to me once (JohnV) I’m putting his name out there. He stated I needed to send pics and a receipt which I did 5 times and I still haven’t heard from them. I advise my family and friends to stay away from this company via web and or Fingerhut!!! BAD BUSINESS

GBDon't subscribe to their App! I bought a rowing machine in Feb 2023, the equipment is not bad. BUT Don't subscribe to their App. Their service is so bad! It doesn't exist. I needed help logging in to mycloudfitness app account; I have never gotten any response (since August). I decided to cancel my subscription; I sent multiple emails to several email accounts, never got any response (since August), and they still charging my account! Don't subscribe to their app.

GBRowing machine from Amazon, easy part replacment I bought my rowing machine from Amazon, and as numerous reviews attest, it arrives as a very well packaged product. Instructions for assembly were straightforward and product went together easily. One part was damaged on arrival, but simply scanning bar code on the assembly instructions, a guided email with photos and a few days later the replacement part was delivered. An easy painless experience.

GBThe customer service is nonexistent The customer service is nonexistent. I purchased a stationary bike from them. And some time later the bike broke. I diagnosed the issue and it was the tension belt that broke. So I contacted them via their online contact form, then it was a few back and force requesting extra information etc. And then the communication just stalled. No one would reply me! And I was asking a really simple questions: how to order a replacement belt and where to find instructions on how to replace it. Now I'm stuck with the a huge piece of metal, the bike, that I'm going to send to junk because they failed to help me get that tiny piece of rubber, the belt! Unbelievable. DO NOT BY from them!
