GBI contacted customer service because… I contacted customer service because the display on the treadmill did not show the distance I was walking. They responded the same day with a YouTube video for a fix. The fix did not work and I contacted customer service again, including a picture of the set-up. They responded the next business day saying I needed a new sensor. The sensor arrived within 3-4 business days and resolved the issue.

GBBAD BAD BUSINESS The only reason I gave one star is bc you have to rate otherwise you can not post. This company sold me a treadmill that broke in a few months then wouldn’t answer my calls or texts. They reached out to me once (JohnV) I’m putting his name out there. He stated I needed to send pics and a receipt which I did 5 times and I still haven’t heard from them. I advise my family and friends to stay away from this company via web and or Fingerhut!!! BAD BUSINESS

GBsuccessful alterations to exercise bike In setting up a home gym we purchased a Paradigm Exerpeutic Magnetic Upright Exercise Bike with Heart Pulse Sensors. Love it! But we didn't realize that exercise bikes can come with seat handlebars and back support. Since we love the exercise bike we wanted to keep it and just add the seat handlebars. Luckily I had the opportunity to work with one of Paradigm's customer care folks who helped me work out the purchase of the parts needed. I was refused such parts by other sources so I was delighted. The parts fit well making the exercise bike more comfortable to use. (We were aware that such alterations negated the warranty on the bike.)

CAI had an ordinary experience with… I had an ordinary experience with paradigmhw.com. The site is nothing special, but I was able to find what I was looking 4 and manage 2 order some items quickly and easily. The checkout procedue was meaninful and straightforward. I was a bit disappointed with the quallity of the products, but I gues it was avarage. For the prices they charge, I suppose I can say I had a good experiance. I wouldnt particularry recomend this store, if you're lookig for something special and high-quallity.

GBGreat customer service and rapid response to my request. When the item arrived the little wheel to extend the machine was missing. I called the company the following day and the gentleman on the phone was courteous and helpful during my report of the missing part. It arrived the vet next day. Great customer service and fast response to my request. The item is easy to put together and works wonders. This machine really helps relieve stress on your back. After only 15 minutes of use I got up and felt the relief on my lower back. I highly recommend this machine to anyone with back pain. It beats being upside down like a bat.
