I contacted customer service because… I contacted customer service because the display on the treadmill did not show the distance I was walking. They responded the same day with a YouTube video for a fix. The fix did not work and I contacted customer service again, including a picture of the set-up. They responded the next business day saying I needed a new sensor. The sensor arrived within 3-4 business days and resolved the issue.

BAD BAD BUSINESS The only reason I gave one star is bc you have to rate otherwise you can not post. This company sold me a treadmill that broke in a few months then wouldn’t answer my calls or texts. They reached out to me once (JohnV) I’m putting his name out there. He stated I needed to send pics and a receipt which I did 5 times and I still haven’t heard from them. I advise my family and friends to stay away from this company via web and or Fingerhut!!! BAD BUSINESS

No customer service available None of their customer service phone numbers work, their website is down, and nobody responds to emails. They had no problems taking my money when selling me an exercise bike but I can't get into contact with anybody to troubleshoot so that it will work. Please help!

The customer service is nonexistent The customer service is nonexistent. I purchased a stationary bike from them. And some time later the bike broke. I diagnosed the issue and it was the tension belt that broke. So I contacted them via their online contact form, then it was a few back and force requesting extra information etc. And then the communication just stalled. No one would reply me! And I was asking a really simple questions: how to order a replacement belt and where to find instructions on how to replace it. Now I'm stuck with the a huge piece of metal, the bike, that I'm going to send to junk because they failed to help me get that tiny piece of rubber, the belt! Unbelievable. DO NOT BY from them!

Problem with the Exerpuetic 440XL ..... My Exerpuetic 440XL treadmill was automatically set to the maximum speed when I increase the speed gradually, which is dangerous for older people. I contacted Paradigm, shown them a video of what happened and they determined I need to replace the electronic console, too bad my unit was out of warranty and need to purchase the parts. They shipped out quickly and it was easy to replace, and now the treadmill is working like it used to again.
