After the initial computer shorted out… After the initial computer shorted out due to too long of a mounting screw, we needed to purchase a new computer. The website had computers but they were the wrong connections. Support was able to ship me out the correct computer and now the treadmill is working perfectly. Only four star because the original short was due to a design flaw that should have been covered.

Excellent customer service I recently purchased an Exerpeutic stationary bike to rehab a knee post surgery. The bike was working great but then a mechanical problem occurred. I contacted Paradigm customer service and received a quick response. The rep that I was working with helped to try and troubleshoot the problem which took several emails. Each time he replied quickly. The rep showed a great deal of patience and willingness to help. He was very courteous and professional and we got the problem solved to my satisfaction. I would buy from this company again.

I had a very positive experience I had a very positive experience. Paradigm has execellent customer service. I bought a rower 3 years back. The chain broken off when I was working out. Based on the reviews, I thought the situation was unsalvageable. But I thought I will send an email in any case. I was delighted to receive a follow-up mail asking for what the issue is and pictures. When I asked for what part number to order, I was pleasantly surprised that Paradigm already shipped me the replacement part! Now, this is excellent service - prompt response, how-to-videos and also taking care of the broken parts even several years after I bought it. I am so glad that I was able to get this fixed and resume my workouts. Highly recommend!

Great customer service and rapid response to my request. When the item arrived the little wheel to extend the machine was missing. I called the company the following day and the gentleman on the phone was courteous and helpful during my report of the missing part. It arrived the vet next day. Great customer service and fast response to my request. The item is easy to put together and works wonders. This machine really helps relieve stress on your back. After only 15 minutes of use I got up and felt the relief on my lower back. I highly recommend this machine to anyone with back pain. It beats being upside down like a bat.

No customer service available None of their customer service phone numbers work, their website is down, and nobody responds to emails. They had no problems taking my money when selling me an exercise bike but I can't get into contact with anybody to troubleshoot so that it will work. Please help!
