I had a very positive experience I had a very positive experience. Paradigm has execellent customer service. I bought a rower 3 years back. The chain broken off when I was working out. Based on the reviews, I thought the situation was unsalvageable. But I thought I will send an email in any case. I was delighted to receive a follow-up mail asking for what the issue is and pictures. When I asked for what part number to order, I was pleasantly surprised that Paradigm already shipped me the replacement part! Now, this is excellent service - prompt response, how-to-videos and also taking care of the broken parts even several years after I bought it. I am so glad that I was able to get this fixed and resume my workouts. Highly recommend!

Placed an order with NO SHOW! Placed an order, credit card was charged and now I’ve been ghosted with no product shipped and a defunct website. When I call the phone there are no answers or straight busy signals.

The customer service is nonexistent The customer service is nonexistent. I purchased a stationary bike from them. And some time later the bike broke. I diagnosed the issue and it was the tension belt that broke. So I contacted them via their online contact form, then it was a few back and force requesting extra information etc. And then the communication just stalled. No one would reply me! And I was asking a really simple questions: how to order a replacement belt and where to find instructions on how to replace it. Now I'm stuck with the a huge piece of metal, the bike, that I'm going to send to junk because they failed to help me get that tiny piece of rubber, the belt! Unbelievable. DO NOT BY from them!

I contacted customer service because… I contacted customer service because the display on the treadmill did not show the distance I was walking. They responded the same day with a YouTube video for a fix. The fix did not work and I contacted customer service again, including a picture of the set-up. They responded the next business day saying I needed a new sensor. The sensor arrived within 3-4 business days and resolved the issue.

Great Exercise Bike The Exerpeutic 400XL Folding Recumbent Bike with Performance Monitor☆☆☆☆☆ The bike is great, and the customer service behind it is awesome. The bike is a perfect size, very comfortable. If you think a big oversized bike is better. No, it isn't. It has very easy to read displays. You can adjust the tension. I couldn't be happier. Oh, and the bigger is better bike, it's in the garage until we put it out with the garbage. The price is right. I highly recommend! 👍
