GBBAD BAD BUSINESS The only reason I gave one star is bc you have to rate otherwise you can not post. This company sold me a treadmill that broke in a few months then wouldn’t answer my calls or texts. They reached out to me once (JohnV) I’m putting his name out there. He stated I needed to send pics and a receipt which I did 5 times and I still haven’t heard from them. I advise my family and friends to stay away from this company via web and or Fingerhut!!! BAD BUSINESS

GBGreat Exercise Bike The Exerpeutic 400XL Folding Recumbent Bike with Performance Monitor☆☆☆☆☆ The bike is great, and the customer service behind it is awesome. The bike is a perfect size, very comfortable. If you think a big oversized bike is better. No, it isn't. It has very easy to read displays. You can adjust the tension. I couldn't be happier. Oh, and the bigger is better bike, it's in the garage until we put it out with the garbage. The price is right. I highly recommend! 👍

GBAfter the initial computer shorted out… After the initial computer shorted out due to too long of a mounting screw, we needed to purchase a new computer. The website had computers but they were the wrong connections. Support was able to ship me out the correct computer and now the treadmill is working perfectly. Only four star because the original short was due to a design flaw that should have been covered.

GBI had a very positive experience I had a very positive experience. Paradigm has execellent customer service. I bought a rower 3 years back. The chain broken off when I was working out. Based on the reviews, I thought the situation was unsalvageable. But I thought I will send an email in any case. I was delighted to receive a follow-up mail asking for what the issue is and pictures. When I asked for what part number to order, I was pleasantly surprised that Paradigm already shipped me the replacement part! Now, this is excellent service - prompt response, how-to-videos and also taking care of the broken parts even several years after I bought it. I am so glad that I was able to get this fixed and resume my workouts. Highly recommend!
