The site is nothing special, but I was able to find what I was looking 4 and manage 2 order some items quickly and easily. The checkout procedue was meaninful and straightforward. I was a bit disappointed with the quallity of the products, but I gues it was avarage. For the prices they charge, I suppose I can say I had a good experiance. I wouldnt particularry recomend this store, if you're lookig for something special and high-quallity.

GBRowing machine from Amazon, easy part replacment I bought my rowing machine from Amazon, and as numerous reviews attest, it arrives as a very well packaged product. Instructions for assembly were straightforward and product went together easily. One part was damaged on arrival, but simply scanning bar code on the assembly instructions, a guided email with photos and a few days later the replacement part was delivered. An easy painless experience.

GBI contacted customer service because… I contacted customer service because the display on the treadmill did not show the distance I was walking. They responded the same day with a YouTube video for a fix. The fix did not work and I contacted customer service again, including a picture of the set-up. They responded the next business day saying I needed a new sensor. The sensor arrived within 3-4 business days and resolved the issue.

GBDon't subscribe to their App! I bought a rowing machine in Feb 2023, the equipment is not bad. BUT Don't subscribe to their App. Their service is so bad! It doesn't exist. I needed help logging in to mycloudfitness app account; I have never gotten any response (since August). I decided to cancel my subscription; I sent multiple emails to several email accounts, never got any response (since August), and they still charging my account! Don't subscribe to their app.

GBQuick response, accurate part selection After scouring Amazon and the Web for a specific part for my very old ProGear Cross Trainer, I noticed the sticker with a support phone number on the frame. I was directed to an email, and the part was quoted, billed via PayPal and shipped reasonably fast. Very satisfied that I did not have to recycle my old machine, which has lots of life left!
