I had a very positive experience I had a very positive experience. Paradigm has execellent customer service. I bought a rower 3 years back. The chain broken off when I was working out. Based on the reviews, I thought the situation was unsalvageable. But I thought I will send an email in any case. I was delighted to receive a follow-up mail asking for what the issue is and pictures. When I asked for what part number to order, I was pleasantly surprised that Paradigm already shipped me the replacement part! Now, this is excellent service - prompt response, how-to-videos and also taking care of the broken parts even several years after I bought it. I am so glad that I was able to get this fixed and resume my workouts. Highly recommend!

Great Exercise Bike The Exerpeutic 400XL Folding Recumbent Bike with Performance Monitor☆☆☆☆☆ The bike is great, and the customer service behind it is awesome. The bike is a perfect size, very comfortable. If you think a big oversized bike is better. No, it isn't. It has very easy to read displays. You can adjust the tension. I couldn't be happier. Oh, and the bigger is better bike, it's in the garage until we put it out with the garbage. The price is right. I highly recommend! 👍

Problem with the Exerpuetic 440XL ..... My Exerpuetic 440XL treadmill was automatically set to the maximum speed when I increase the speed gradually, which is dangerous for older people. I contacted Paradigm, shown them a video of what happened and they determined I need to replace the electronic console, too bad my unit was out of warranty and need to purchase the parts. They shipped out quickly and it was easy to replace, and now the treadmill is working like it used to again.

Great customer service and rapid response to my request. When the item arrived the little wheel to extend the machine was missing. I called the company the following day and the gentleman on the phone was courteous and helpful during my report of the missing part. It arrived the vet next day. Great customer service and fast response to my request. The item is easy to put together and works wonders. This machine really helps relieve stress on your back. After only 15 minutes of use I got up and felt the relief on my lower back. I highly recommend this machine to anyone with back pain. It beats being upside down like a bat.

successful alterations to exercise bike In setting up a home gym we purchased a Paradigm Exerpeutic Magnetic Upright Exercise Bike with Heart Pulse Sensors. Love it! But we didn't realize that exercise bikes can come with seat handlebars and back support. Since we love the exercise bike we wanted to keep it and just add the seat handlebars. Luckily I had the opportunity to work with one of Paradigm's customer care folks who helped me work out the purchase of the parts needed. I was refused such parts by other sources so I was delighted. The parts fit well making the exercise bike more comfortable to use. (We were aware that such alterations negated the warranty on the bike.)
