CAMy expreince with paradigmhw.com was… My expreince with paradigmhw.com was avarage. They have ok products and okay prices. The photos detalyeng the product ar hopstly quite accurste but it would be nice to be able to zoom in to see things in more details. I thourght the checkout proceess was alright and it was easy to find my way around the website. Unfortunatly the customer service wasn't up to par to what otehr ecommerce platforms were offereing. Overal, a meadocre exprience wit this shop, nothign outstanding or particularily bad.

GBsuccessful alterations to exercise bike In setting up a home gym we purchased a Paradigm Exerpeutic Magnetic Upright Exercise Bike with Heart Pulse Sensors. Love it! But we didn't realize that exercise bikes can come with seat handlebars and back support. Since we love the exercise bike we wanted to keep it and just add the seat handlebars. Luckily I had the opportunity to work with one of Paradigm's customer care folks who helped me work out the purchase of the parts needed. I was refused such parts by other sources so I was delighted. The parts fit well making the exercise bike more comfortable to use. (We were aware that such alterations negated the warranty on the bike.)

GBPerfect seat replacement Just received a replacement seat for my five year old Exerpeutic stationary bike and it’s perfect. Got my moneys worth out of the original seat and I’m fixin to break in the new one in a bit :)

GBPlaced an order with NO SHOW! Placed an order, credit card was charged and now I’ve been ghosted with no product shipped and a defunct website. When I call the phone there are no answers or straight busy signals.

GBAfter the initial computer shorted out… After the initial computer shorted out due to too long of a mounting screw, we needed to purchase a new computer. The website had computers but they were the wrong connections. Support was able to ship me out the correct computer and now the treadmill is working perfectly. Only four star because the original short was due to a design flaw that should have been covered.
