Quick response, accurate part selection After scouring Amazon and the Web for a specific part for my very old ProGear Cross Trainer, I noticed the sticker with a support phone number on the frame. I was directed to an email, and the part was quoted, billed via PayPal and shipped reasonably fast. Very satisfied that I did not have to recycle my old machine, which has lots of life left!

Great customer service and rapid response to my request. When the item arrived the little wheel to extend the machine was missing. I called the company the following day and the gentleman on the phone was courteous and helpful during my report of the missing part. It arrived the vet next day. Problem with the Exerpuetic 440XL ..... My Exerpuetic 440XL treadmill was automatically set to the maximum speed when I increase the speed gradually, which is dangerous for older people. I contacted Paradigm, shown them a video of what happened and they determined I need to replace the electronic console, too bad my unit was out of warranty and need to purchase the parts. They shipped out quickly and it was easy to replace, and now the treadmill is working like it used to again.

successful alterations to exercise bike In setting up a home gym we purchased a Paradigm Exerpeutic Magnetic Upright Exercise Bike with Heart Pulse Sensors. Love it! But we didn't realize that exercise bikes can come with seat handlebars and back support. Since we love the exercise bike we wanted to keep it and just add the seat handlebars. Luckily I had the opportunity to work with one of Paradigm's customer care folks who helped me work out the purchase of the parts needed. I was refused such parts by other sources so I was delighted. The parts fit well making the exercise bike more comfortable to use. (We were aware that such alterations negated the warranty on the bike.)

After the initial computer shorted out… After the initial computer shorted out due to too long of a mounting screw, we needed to purchase a new computer. The website had computers but they were the wrong connections. Support was able to ship me out the correct computer and now the treadmill is working perfectly. Only four star because the original short was due to a design flaw that should have been covered.
