Fab products I am a customer who has previously lived in the UK, but I have now returned to Spain. I was very worried that the delivery times would be long and my items wouldn’t arrive in a good state because of the long journey. But i could not of been more wrong. My items arrived in 5 days using a tracking service. My item was exactly what I ordered and the customer service was very quick. I asked questions regarding dosage and how to take my item. Olive was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed in a timely manner.

This company used to be called Mountain… This company used to be called Mountain Fresh, and my review is really based on experience with Mountain Fresh. Also, this company is the one based in Spain now but whose website is nutriherbs.co.uk (There is a company with a similar name in India - confusing I know!) My experiences with this company are very good. The reason I dropped a star (almost deserves to drop 2 stars for this reason!) is the simply TERRIBLE website. It appears to be secure but it is SO SLOW!! They must lose a lot of customers this way. The new website under the Nutriherbs name is just the same as the old Mountain Fresh website. Terrible! It's not only slow but the search function is not very good either, and again, they must lose a lot of customers because the search tends to say they don't have a herb which in fact they do have! Mountain Fresh sell a lot of herbs you can't get easily, though they say they have reduced their stock levels temporarily. I have always found their products to be excellent. They tend to do single herbs which they put in capsules with no fillers, or you can get tinctures etc. I don't always like the individual herbs just put in capsules if it is a product like a medicinal mushroom, which usually needs to be extracted in water or alcohol or a mixture, so I don't buy those products from them. Their customer service is incredibly helpful when you email them. I was once disappointed that they only did high dose Ashwaghanda, but when I emailed them, they put themselves out to do capsules with a lower dose. This is not something you would find a more commercial company doing. From my personal experience, I reccommend them highly. When you get these hand filled capsules the first time, you wonder if they are genuine! However, I no longer have any doubts about their purity and authenticity. You won't be able to order in a jiffy though - you have to set aside some time - get yourself a cup of tea and be prepared to wait! I find it is worth it though.

Amazing company! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!! I have been using this company since it was ‘Mountain Fresh’. I have looked at former companies reviews and they are fantastic! Their customer service has improved over the last couple of months. I received an email that clearly went to all their customers that the founder of the company had died very recently and this took a massive hint. I would not go anywhere else for my herbs, the quantity is amazing! Worth every penny!

terrible customer service I've been using this company for a few months now, and while their products are good, and the prices are reasonable, their customer service is terrible. i placed an order two weeks ago and still have not received it, and I can not get hold of the company with either emails or phone calls, they do not answer either. for this reason alone I would not recommend them.

Was I just scammed?? Beware!! I ordered various items on the 22nd April - I haven't received anything, or got an email the order has been dispatched. So I tried to contact them - both sales and customer email addresses immediately bounced. (Mobile) phone number just rang out for ages and eventually left a voicemail. Will my voicemail be returned? I wish I had visited their Trustpilot reviews before I tried placing an order with this 'company'. Beware!!!
