I was disappointed with the outcome I have ordered from Jones for a few years now. We typically order custom red diploma covers with our name in black across the front in foil. We changed covers to black this time and was never asked about the foil color. We received black on black. The pictures on the web show all schools diploma covers in gold foil and I assumed they would be that way since I was not asked on the phone what color. I typically do re-ordering from the original order placed many years ago and was not aware that I PICK the color of the foil. When I called I was told that it was my choice in foil. It should have been communicated that way because now I have three boxes of diploma covers that I'm not very happy with.

Awesome vendor I believe I started ordering from Jones about eight years ago and will never use another vendor again for trophies and awards. We can count on them for fast and dependable service. We usually receive our order/orders within two business days. Wow!
