USBad business This place is the worst. Didn't send over half my order. Called numerous times only to be hung up on before I could even speak to anyone. Website has a contact email you can send, and it says they will get back to you in 1 business day, and they definitely never tried to contact me. I also sent them numerous emails from my email address and no reply back. And I mean that this was during a 3 month period; I did give them a grace period before reaching out again and they still didn't. Beware!

USI think it is basically a scam I think it is basically a scam. I searched google images for a particular item; I found the item I wanted was at this site. However, when you go on the site, there are two very different pictures of the item, so you don't know what product you would actually be receiving. A couple of years ago, we received a fake past-due notice from a woman previously affiliated with this company. I would stay away from them if I were you.

USDisappointing waste of time I purchased an item advertised as in stock and free shipping for a Christmas gift. A week later I was contacted with the news that the item was out of stock until at least the middle of January. Another week plus passed and I was again contacted and informed the shipping was not free after all and would cost twice the price of the item I had ordered! I cancelled the order and will take my business elsewhere.

NLCassete was noisy Book was very bright and colourful, but the quality of cassette was disgusting. A lot of noise.

USAcknowledgement Email Issue Following placement of an order, Teachers' School Supply sends you an email acknowledging the order. There is a web link to view the order status. They don't tell you that the link can only be opened with certain browsers. When trying to open it using Safari, you are shown a page that is not helpful at all, and you never see the order status. Now that I have found a way to view the link in Firefox, it is possible to review the order status. It would be best if the email explicitly indicated that you must open the link in certain browsers, or provide an alternative way to access the order status information. You should not have to just go without seeing your order status, because the link doesn't work.
