GBI called due to not seeing the programs… I called due to not seeing the programs I paid for. I had logged into the wrong website. My request for help was answered within an hour. The representative was patient since I am not computer savvy and helped me to log in to the right website and answered my questions and provided several tips on how to log in the next time. I will finish them this week. I am not a quitter. I am extremely self-motivated and someone's "no" will not slow me down.
