I am not a quitter. I am extremely self-motivated and someone's "no" will not slow me down. I find great comfort that there is a support team and I will utilize it in every available aspect. I called due to not seeing the programs… I called due to not seeing the programs I paid for. I had logged into the wrong website. My request for help was answered within an hour. The representative was patient since I am not computer savvy and helped me to log in to the right website and answered my questions and provided several tips on how to log in the next time. Thanks for all the help.
