Product is great but communication could be miles better.

Matrix Arms is top notch!… For as long as they've been around I've been a fan of Matrix Arms. Matrix Arms has great customer service to match great products with great savings on prices. The fit and finish of their products are A1and second to no other manufacturer in a comparable market.

Matrix is an absolutely amazing… Matrix is an absolutely amazing company. Support is just as good. I have had numerous lowers and stripped uppers over the years. I had one lower that somehow ended up polished and was not square. I emailed them explained and attached pictures. A new one was sent no questions asked. Mostly rifle items in my experience but have been saving and can not wait to get a mx-19 in my hands. Thanks for all you guys and gals do A full disabled Veteran
