I purchased blems and non-blems but all had BLEMS I purchased blems and non-blems but everything I got had blems on it, I bought 80% lowers from you before and was very happy, that's why I purchased more from you, but this time I was very very disappointed. Will not buy again.

Sold me blems but whatev Ordered 2 G19 slides. Website showed they were in stock but it took 10 days before they shipped. I tried contacting Matrix Arms via their website contact form and also by phone but received no response. When I received the slides the DLC finish showed blemishes on both. Not gonna bother reaching out to them. I'm using a kagwerks slide release which will mar the slide anyway so whatever, gun still looks good.

Product is great but communication could be miles better.

Great lower! It started with a great Black Friday sale. Then it was a fast response time to ship the order. Upon receipt, inspection revealed a lower that is a work of art! Outstanding company!
