GBNeed Better Website Toold BP community is good. However maintaining a website is challenging. Tools are archaic. Very difficult to maintain a professional website with BP. Looking to move my content as soon as I can.

GBI don't get the email communications… I don't get the email communications that I've signed up for. I also haven't gotten on-site notifications in YEARS! Those cost a couple of stars. Tech support has been unable to solve either problem.

GBI've had a website with BetterPhoto for… I've had a website with BetterPhoto for over twenty years.. When renewing my website I inadvertently keyed in the wrong website type. I immediately emailed BetterPhoto and asked for help. They replied a couple of weeks later that they were on it. That was almost a year ago. They no longer even reply to my queries... Very very disappointing
