I have been driving for a lot of years… I have been driving for a lot of years and this is probably my 2nd citation all my 60 years, however they say things happen for a reason. I've learned and reminded myself of some of important safety issues of driving. THANK YOU!!!

Unnecessary delays The course was made of several modules that are seemingly made to slow you down. Each one made me wait 40-60minutes to go onto the next one There is no reason for this I could have read and completed the course in less than half the time. Also, for some reason you can't print your completion certificate when you're done. It says because it needs to be on special paper which is ridiculous. I cannot recommend this course to anyone.

Company was very attentive and answered… Company was very attentive and answered all my questions whether through chat or phone. Also when I started my course it was late. I had an issue and it was unlocked the very next day so that I can continue. Very good customer service.
