Absolutely terrible in every way Absolutely terrible in every way. Timers are too long for the data presented, wasting time. Graphics are poor and wording of the lessons even worse. A lot of irrelevant information is presented, such as documents required to get a license, something everyone already has prior to enrolling in the course. There is ambiguous information, such as car seats being determined by weight alone, which conflicts with the American Association of Pediatrics guidelines. In regard to the test, the wording of the questions is so poor I guarantee you will scratch your head. Further, the questions require rote memorization of statistics, which doesn’t help anyone drive better. NTSI really phoned it in. It’s sad that the jurisdictions purchasing their services are wasting our tax dollars, hopefully they are not under the illusion that anyone is learning anything.

GREAT COURSE FOR BEGINNING DRIVERS. The conditions under which I took this course were not ideal. However, it's totally worth the time and discipline to read and integrate the lessons learned. The course makes clear many unanswered questions the conscious driver may have. It also primes the new driver for the road and the importance of adhering to traffic regulations. Though it's offered with Florida drivers in mind, the non-Floridian can also benefit from the course. I will ask my adult children to take this course. I'll feel much more confident with them as drivers. Thank you!

Fits into the busiest of schedules Economicly priced, easy to sign up, convenient access to course material and easy to work through the lessons. The ability to step in and out of the course makes it easy to fit into the busiest of schedules. Highly recommend this course.

Company is very helpful Company is very helpful. Operators are very polite and always ready to help. The only difficulty is that the voice verification is failed too often even in perfect conditions without any extra noise. Otherwise the courses can be done much faster. That’s the only problem. But helpful operators and their politeness compensate this issue. Thank you, NTSI.

good price and they are clear about… good price and they are clear about that if you want audio you need to pay extra. the website works as expected.
