Absolutely terrible in every way Absolutely terrible in every way. Timers are too long for the data presented, wasting time. Graphics are poor and wording of the lessons even worse. A lot of irrelevant information is presented, such as documents required to get a license, something everyone already has prior to enrolling in the course. There is ambiguous information, such as car seats being determined by weight alone, which conflicts with the American Association of Pediatrics guidelines. In regard to the test, the wording of the questions is so poor I guarantee you will scratch your head. Further, the questions require rote memorization of statistics, which doesn’t help anyone drive better. NTSI really phoned it in. It’s sad that the jurisdictions purchasing their services are wasting our tax dollars, hopefully they are not under the illusion that anyone is learning anything.

Company was very attentive and answered… Company was very attentive and answered all my questions whether through chat or phone. Also when I started my course it was late. I had an issue and it was unlocked the very next day so that I can continue. Very good customer service.

Very worth doing Paced myself & finished this course on 2/21/23 to keep points off DL. I thought it was a good refresher course & was glad I took aside from original intent. Glitch in obtaining certificate upon passing but staff got it to me in no time. My experience with these folks was wonderful. They were very helpful & kind.

There was a lot of good information and… There was a lot of good information and driving suggestions and tips. Explained driving laws/rules old and new. Offered much "food for thought" topics. Allowed for self evaluation of my driving habits and techniques.

Easy to use, opportunity to review your answers to the tests, prior to submission. Even if you get some wrong, a chance to take the test over again. Ease of using the on line review and testing
