All questions were answered and confidence restored! The conversation went well. Janette was very friendly and helpful. My problem was specifically what set of videos I could show my 4 year old who repeats everything but doesn't understand it all. Janette helped me set up a system of videos and gave me lots of ideas on things to work on outside of the viewing time. She also encouraged me to keep in touch so they can follow along with my son's progress or help again if things didn't seem to be getting better. I feel more confident with the routine now that I have talked to Janette.

I didn't find the videos helpful I didn't find the videos helpful. I wanted to use them as a supplement to in person speech therapy. Our child was bored. I cancelled the service in Jan of this year. I haven't received an email comm since then. I recently noticed that Gemiini was still charging my card. I have called, waited in hold numerous times only to be directed to leaving a message. I starting to think this is a scam service. I cannot get a person to call me back. So now I will need to dispute the charges with CC company.

Very comprehensive progam I am new to this program and have been using it for just a few days with my grandson. This phone consultation was so helpful because our consultant gave me a tour of all that is available in multiple areas. She was very clear and explained everything well. I am enthusiastic about this program and its positive impact on my grandson.
