AUOrder not delivered Ordered an item early February to be sent to Australia, it still hasn’t arrived. The company response has been basically ‘not our problem’. Won’t order from or recommend this company again

PABe careful with this people I placed an order for $326, they first sent an email asking me for an amount they hold and refunded on my credit card as a security measure, I replied their email with the amount as I was instructed. Now today 04/15/2024 this people sent another email requesting this time a copy of my credit card, front and back, also my driver license and other documents and to sign a form. Maybe could have done what they were asking but a copy of my credit card, seriously? And they were worried about my security.

GBI placed an order with All Star Health I placed an order with All Star Health. The order amount was $106, which was supposed to be free shipping. On the order summary page it stated shipping was $0. I was charged $22 shipping because my address included my street address and my post office box. They did not include any statement on the order summary that you will be charged for shipping if you include both street address and a PO BOX in your address. It is deceitful business to increase the total on an order summary page during the payment section. Although my street address was written in two places on their invoice, because I had a PO Box on my address they justified charging the shipping charges. Even though, the package is deliverable to my physical street address. When I contacted them to get it fixed, they were argumentative, unfriendly, and not willing to refund me. I will not be ordering from them again due to their rude customer service and tricky ways of doing business.

GBNO REPLY FOR REFUND Do not order from this company! I ordered a few products, however I no longer need them and I am trying to return them. However, the number provided on the website - doesn’t work. The return web page doesn’t work. I have emailed TWICE and still nothing!! I would like a refund on my items and to be able to send them back!

GBAll Star gets my approval. I've dealt with All Star Health on 2 occasions and based on customer service, availability of products and shipping, I'm sold. They've satisfied all my needs when It comes to attaining my Vitamin and Nutritional needs. I will continue to do business with them for a long time.
