NO REPLY FOR REFUND Do not order from this company! I ordered a few products, however I no longer need them and I am trying to return them. However, the number provided on the website - doesn’t work. The return web page doesn’t work. I have emailed TWICE and still nothing!! I would like a refund on my items and to be able to send them back!

Be careful with this people I placed an order for $326, they first sent an email asking me for an amount they hold and refunded on my credit card as a security measure, I replied their email with the amount as I was instructed. Now today 04/15/2024 this people sent another email requesting this time a copy of my credit card, front and back, also my driver license and other documents and to sign a form. Maybe could have done what they were asking but a copy of my credit card, seriously? And they were worried about my security.

Order not delivered Ordered an item early February to be sent to Australia, it still hasn’t arrived. The company response has been basically ‘not our problem’. Won’t order from or recommend this company again

I came to trust pilot a few days ago to… I came to trust pilot a few days ago to check out this company before ordering. Mixed reviews. I decided to take a change as they had the best price by far on what I needed to order. Wow! It arrived quicker than Amazon & almost half the price listed there. I felt it only fair to return & give them my review. Well packed, great price, speedy handling & ship time. Will order with them again!
