I have had an avearage experience with… I have had an avearage experience with Allstar Health. The products that they provide were satisfactory but not outstanding. The website is functional but not very user-freindly and navigatin could be improved. Prices were not the cheapest compaired to othber sites, but were comparable. Customer service were just okay, not particulalry freindly or unhelpful. All in all, this compay did an avg job but nothing more.

In stock, fast shipping and good prices. I give them 5 stars. Oh, one last thing, their communication is tops as well. Immediate confirmation and tracking. I'm happy and will be reordering again.

Star Merchant They completely live up to their name! They're my favorite health products merchant! Quality products at low discount prices, shipped quickly. I order from them often. On the two occasions I had a problem with something I bought, they responded immediately and made it good, without any fuss. Great people to deal with, I wish every company I did business with was so thoughtful and dependable!

Pretty darn good company! I'm always reluctant to do business with a new / unknown company, but I did take a chance on allstarhealth. This company did EXACTLY what they said they were going to do. Moreover, they EXCEEDED my expectations. I'll be back.

I placed an order with All Star Health I placed an order with All Star Health. The order amount was $106, which was supposed to be free shipping. On the order summary page it stated shipping was $0. I was charged $22 shipping because my address included my street address and my post office box. They did not include any statement on the order summary that you will be charged for shipping if you include both street address and a PO BOX in your address. It is deceitful business to increase the total on an order summary page during the payment section. Although my street address was written in two places on their invoice, because I had a PO Box on my address they justified charging the shipping charges. Even though, the package is deliverable to my physical street address. When I contacted them to get it fixed, they were argumentative, unfriendly, and not willing to refund me. I will not be ordering from them again due to their rude customer service and tricky ways of doing business.
