Order not delivered Ordered an item early February to be sent to Australia, it still hasn’t arrived. The company response has been basically ‘not our problem’. Won’t order from or recommend this company again

I placed an order that stated there… I placed an order that stated there were issues and my card was not charged, so I placed the order again insuring all information was accurate and my card was charged! Allstar used that as an excuse not to ship anything!!!! They got the money for 1 order, but shipped nothing stating we have 2 orders. A week goes by and I checked tracking. Only states order is being held because we have duplicate orders! Keep in mind, there is no other email or notification to me to clarify, they just chose to screw me completely!!!! Its a shame companies are resorting to stealing!! I will pay more to order from somewhere else!!!

Quick Delivery Great Price I ordered 2 huge containers of Optimum Nutrition Casein in Creamy Vanilla. It took 5 days to arrive with no issues. I received emails with my order and with delivery of the product. A follow on email as well letting me know the package was delivered. 5 stars for the ease of ordering and the emails regarding the shipment. Thank you!!!!

Be careful with this people I placed an order for $326, they first sent an email asking me for an amount they hold and refunded on my credit card as a security measure, I replied their email with the amount as I was instructed. Now today 04/15/2024 this people sent another email requesting this time a copy of my credit card, front and back, also my driver license and other documents and to sign a form. Maybe could have done what they were asking but a copy of my credit card, seriously? And they were worried about my security.
