I placed an order with All Star Health I placed an order with All Star Health. The order amount was $106, which was supposed to be free shipping. On the order summary page it stated shipping was $0. I was charged $22 shipping because my address included my street address and my post office box. They did not include any statement on the order summary that you will be charged for shipping if you include both street address and a PO BOX in your address. It is deceitful business to increase the total on an order summary page during the payment section. Although my street address was written in two places on their invoice, because I had a PO Box on my address they justified charging the shipping charges. Even though, the package is deliverable to my physical street address. When I contacted them to get it fixed, they were argumentative, unfriendly, and not willing to refund me. I will not be ordering from them again due to their rude customer service and tricky ways of doing business.

I have had an avearage experience with… I have had an avearage experience with Allstar Health. The products that they provide were satisfactory but not outstanding. The website is functional but not very user-freindly and navigatin could be improved. Prices were not the cheapest compaired to othber sites, but were comparable. Customer service were just okay, not particulalry freindly or unhelpful. All in all, this compay did an avg job but nothing more.

AllStarHealth.com won over this customer I just submitted my first order with AllStarHealth.com and was extremely pleased! I purchased 3 jars of powdered shake mix, paid about $3.00 less for each jar than I normally pay AND I received free shipping. The expiration on the jars are good until 2026. I placed the order on Jan. 21, 2024, it was shipped Jan. 22, and I received it Jan. 24. The communication was excellent, the website is user friendly, the prices and great, and you save money!

Quick Delivery Great Price I ordered 2 huge containers of Optimum Nutrition Casein in Creamy Vanilla. It took 5 days to arrive with no issues. I received emails with my order and with delivery of the product. NO REPLY FOR REFUND Do not order from this company! I ordered a few products, however I no longer need them and I am trying to return them. However, the number provided on the website - doesn’t work. The return web page doesn’t work. I have emailed TWICE and still nothing!! I would like a refund on my items and to be able to send them back!
