GBHorrible company Horrible company! They took my order than send an Email it will be 3 weeks delay than a strange delivery massage. I get here boxed all day long. In 2024 company like that should be more reliable!

GB1.Very poor ordering procress and poor customer service! 1.They had a payment issue using PayPal. 2. They had an address problem with their website. 3. I called them twice about the above issues which was frustrating. 4. After finally placing an order again that as earlier voided, I somehow didn't receive an email which required that I click on a link for PayPal payment. 5. When I called Allstarhealth about the order problem they never did recognize the order issues was their fault and would not expedite shipping to compensate for the delay.

GBI placed an order with All Star Health I placed an order with All Star Health. The order amount was $106, which was supposed to be free shipping. On the order summary page it stated shipping was $0. I was charged $22 shipping because my address included my street address and my post office box. They did not include any statement on the order summary that you will be charged for shipping if you include both street address and a PO BOX in your address. It is deceitful business to increase the total on an order summary page during the payment section. Although my street address was written in two places on their invoice, because I had a PO Box on my address they justified charging the shipping charges. Even though, the package is deliverable to my physical street address. When I contacted them to get it fixed, they were argumentative, unfriendly, and not willing to refund me. I will not be ordering from them again due to their rude customer service and tricky ways of doing business.

GBI placed an order that stated there⦠I placed an order that stated there were issues and my card was not charged, so I placed the order again insuring all information was accurate and my card was charged! Allstar used that as an excuse not to ship anything!!!! They got the money for 1 order, but shipped nothing stating we have 2 orders. A week goes by and I checked tracking. Only states order is being held because we have duplicate orders! Keep in mind, there is no other email or notification to me to clarify, they just chose to screw me completely!!!! Its a shame companies are resorting to stealing!! I will pay more to order from somewhere else!!!

BEParcel never received and no refund Hello, on March 13, I ordered (#1574938845) for $53 supplements that never arrived in Europe. The package is untrackable. In the beginning, the parcel was in California, handled by DHL. Then to Chicago, managed by USPS. I contacted customer service by email. I never had any news. Lets's avoid despite their unbeatable prices!
