I've had an ordinarry experience with… I've had an ordinarry experience with thebloommethhod.com. Nothing special, they were alright but could have done better. The product quality was ok-ish, it wasn't great but good enough. But the thing that botheres me was the custumer serivce. It should have been more apllicable and helfpul. For example, when I contacted the support team, they didn't give a satifaactory answer and even worse, they didn't even try to resolve my problem. I must say, I'm dissapointed with thebloommethod.com, and I won't recomend it to my friends. Spellling mitsakes included.

Great information source So glad I bought an annual membership for the end of my pregnancy and postpartum. I knew I needed to modify my workouts, but I didn’t know how. The Bloom Method provides a great knowledge base for pregnancy-safe exercises. They really explain and emphasize core stability which is incorporated into everything. The workouts range in difficulty - I enjoyed doing 2 or 3 of the quick workouts (~12ish minutes of targeted muscle groups). Definitely worth it!!

I am so happy Studio Bloom was… I am so happy Studio Bloom was recommended to me! Prior to their classes I didn’t have a full understanding or connection with my deep core and pelvic floor. After even a few weeks with their courses I felt more in tune with my core and pelvic floor than I did pre-pregnancy! I would highly recommend Studio Bloom to anyone looking to not only rehab after pregnancy but become stronger and more in tune with your body than ever before.

Studio bloom is okay Studio bloom is okay - I was hoping for more clearly pregnant women to be leading or involved in workouts, and I find the music to be awful. Just background filler that was clearly added afterwards so no one is ever doing a move on the beat. There's just something really frustrating about doing squats off beat, following a super skinny woman who is not pregnant calling you "mama" over and over again while you're in your third trimester trying to keep up. That being said, some instructors/classes are way better than others. The moves do make you sweat, and the pelvic floor stuff is good, but strength and cardio kinda just drives me nuts.

I absolutely love this app I absolutely love this app. I started using it during my first pregnancy and I’m still a member 4 years later during my 3rd pregnancy. I have tried other subscription apps and this one is hands down the most thorough and the coaches and workouts are amazing. Not only can I count on this app to keep me feeling strong during my pregnancy but I have never felt stronger after pregnancy. Their core and pelvic floor programs are amazing and my pelvic floor PT also loves this app. You can’t go wrong with Studio Bloom. I’m so grateful I found this app during my first pregnancy.
