So far I love it So far I love it! I generally have a hard time sticking with app based workouts but there is so much variety offered through the bloom method, I have yet to get bored! I also like the overall support that comes with membership, including schedules and programs, the Facebook community and regular email checkins. Now the final test comes in April to see if all this pelvic floor work paid off! 😳

I am so happy Studio Bloom was… I am so happy Studio Bloom was recommended to me! Prior to their classes I didn’t have a full understanding or connection with my deep core and pelvic floor. After even a few weeks with their courses I felt more in tune with my core and pelvic floor than I did pre-pregnancy! I would highly recommend Studio Bloom to anyone looking to not only rehab after pregnancy but become stronger and more in tune with your body than ever before.

Studio bloom is okay Studio bloom is okay - I was hoping for more clearly pregnant women to be leading or involved in workouts, and I find the music to be awful. Just background filler that was clearly added afterwards so no one is ever doing a move on the beat. There's just something really frustrating about doing squats off beat, following a super skinny woman who is not pregnant calling you "mama" over and over again while you're in your third trimester trying to keep up. That being said, some instructors/classes are way better than others. The moves do make you sweat, and the pelvic floor stuff is good, but strength and cardio kinda just drives me nuts.

Best App for Motherhood Love Love Love this program. It’s hands down the best and their postnatal program has been recommended to me by both my doctor and my pelvic floor PT. I feel stronger after 2 babies than I did pre-baby. Love the energy of all the coaches, the workouts are HARD, and Brooke and Kerry’s cueing with the core and pelvic floor Is the best I’ve ever experience. Thanks ladies, you’re the best!

I stopped using the app because I kept… I stopped using the app because I kept injuring my left hip while doing the workouts. Eventually switched to belly dance workouts instead. I haven't used the app in 7+ months (baby's age). I thought I had cancelled my subscription, but recently found a $240 charge on my card. When I requested a refund, they refused. Reply to "Reply from The Bloom Method": - There was no reminder email before the charge. In fact, I was charged $240 for a $120 subscription, without warning or explanation. When I asked for a refund, you refused. - The phrasing of your entire reply is placing blame on the customer. I hope you'll eventually see that this is not a good business practice. - I started with the "start here" program that was recommended by your founder when I asked in the forum. There was no warm-up in this program. It was a difficult program from the start. I'm a ballet dancer from an early age, and a relatively fit person. Whether you can take this feedback to improve your business, or continue to blame your customers is up to you. - It is extremely interesting that after your customer tells you they've injured themselves while doing your workouts, your response is to criticize their choice of workout that they felt more comfortable with.
