GBLove the Concept. Customer Service needs improvement. I love the awareness I have now about my pelvic floor and core. The workouts are ok- some are really challenging and others are gentle. All of them focus on correct breathing and pressure control. The only reason Bloom gets 2 stars is because of customer service. Unfortunately. I get the policy on cancellations and no refunds. Ever. No matter what. Doesn't matter what the reason, you can't get your money back. Beware of that.

GBGreat program for Moms! Great program for pregnant and post partum moms. Each workout has different modifications to make it harder/easier to fit specific needs. The lengths vary from short to longer, but the express are so easy to fit into your day and you can combine different ones to make a full body workout. Highly recommend to all expecting and post partum moms for staying active.

GBscamming pregnant mamas I signed up for a free trial. Their platform doesn't work as advertised. I reached out to get clarity on why the platform didn't work as advertised. They acknowledged that it didn't work as advertised, extended my free trial. I was charged for a year, without realizing the charge would go through. I reached out as soon as I realized and they have refused to provide a refund. They are scamming pregnant mamas and want to trick people into paying instead of providing a resource that people actually want to pay for :(

CANeat concept, needs work I think the concept is cool but i found a lot of the workout instructor used really silly sayings repeatedly which became annoying. I would have perferred acutal cues of the exercises. And the second flaw, i didn’t find the explanation of how to scale the movements or exercises very plentiful. Making it fusterating when you’re already tired and feeling super prego. The montly cost was not worth it for me on a budget as it compared to actual monthly gym membership that i could get in person. The concept is neat but it needs some fine tuning professionally.

AUDO NOT PURCHASE It is incredibly glitchy and a waste of money. What’s worse is that when you can waste so much money they take it further and they then waste your time. Dealing with the customer service team has been incredibly painful. As a ‘team of Mamas’ they are completely unempathetic to other mothers, incompetent and have difficulty understanding basic things (have dealt with Jaclyn and also Kristen). Please save your money, time and sanity and DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP. There are so many other great options out there so don’t even give this a go.
