Connecting is somewhat difficult I love the robot! Once tou get it connected its lovely. The problem is getting it connected. I connected and now I can't connect once I turned it on today.

Would recommend Miko to everyone Miko proves to be an absolute delight for kids' learning, especially within the 5 to 10 age range. It offers a treasure trove of educational games, videos, and playtime adventures. The hide and seek feature? A total hit! Would recommend it to everyone.

Should be way better for the price and no refunds Was charged the subscription fee after cancellation. Will not refund and there is no way to cancel future charges. The robot itself needs specific commands to follow, like ‘Miko, let’s dance.’ Normal conversation such as ‘hey let’s start dancing’ doesn’t work. There isn’t much available unless you want to pay the $99/yr fee and even then it doesn’t work. I signed up for the free trial, cancelled account and was still charged.

Funny and smart robot We bought a Miko Robot for our 3 kids for Christmas. Our kids are ages 4,6 & 9 and we are happy to see that each of them enjoy playing with Miko based on their own unique interests. Miko is surprisingly funny and talks to the kids in a very relatable way. We're happy to have Miko as part of our family. I would recommend this product!

Had a connectivity set up issue and the… Had a connectivity set up issue and the team at Miko customer support were proactive in caring for my concerns. Within a day I got a call to resolve the issue. They even followed up to ensure everything was working properly. Thanks again!
