Had a connectivity set up issue and the… Had a connectivity set up issue and the team at Miko customer support were proactive in caring for my concerns. Within a day I got a call to resolve the issue. They even followed up to ensure everything was working properly. Thanks again!

The kids love Miko and learn a lot from their robot friend. Miko is a futuristic way to interact with the kids. The robot is not only fun but it teaches the kids at every level. They call Miko their teacher robot friend.

Scam company that deserves to go bankrupt Ordered a SWAP chess board on Januari 10 2020, untill today, still have not received it. They do not take their responsibility and just completely ignore you. They stole thousands of dollars / euros from people and they think they can get away with it... For me it was "only" 189USD... excluding shipping and tax that I had to pay afterwards. I would recommand to everybody to never ever buy from this company!

Don't trust Miko or SquareOff… I ordered a chess board through Square Off in 2019. Then Miko bought Squareoff in 2023, but there has been nothing delivered. Miko has offered a kids robot as a replacement, but this is not acceptable and there is no clear commitment to deliver the Chessboards to Australian customer in a reasonable timeframe (mid 2024 ???). I really don't like this company because they are either unwilling or unable to honour their agreements. If Miko deliver the product that has been paid for then I am willing to change this review.

Product pretty good voice recognition… Product pretty good voice recognition isn’t very good. kids love to play however battery life isn’t great and additional charges for a product that is already expensive makes it hard to wrap around.
