Connecting is somewhat difficult I love the robot! Once tou get it connected its lovely. The problem is getting it connected. I connected and now I can't connect once I turned it on today.

Miko team was very helpful in…set up and operation Miko team was very helpful in successfully getting me through setup and navigating through the process to get Miko up and running. My child loves interacting with Miko and has hours of fun playing and learning

Don't trust Miko or SquareOff… I ordered a chess board through Square Off in 2019. Then Miko bought Squareoff in 2023, but there has been nothing delivered. Miko has offered a kids robot as a replacement, but this is not acceptable and there is no clear commitment to deliver the Chessboards to Australian customer in a reasonable timeframe (mid 2024 ???). I really don't like this company because they are either unwilling or unable to honour their agreements. If Miko deliver the product that has been paid for then I am willing to change this review.

My daughter loves miko My daughter loves miko. It is a companion for her when she wants to play and I can also video chat with her through miko if I am not close. It plays music, games and answers all questions your child might have. The only think that needs to be worked on is the delay in responding to my daughter at times. Otherwise an overall good purchase.
