GBConnecting is somewhat difficult I love the robot! Once tou get it connected its lovely. The problem is getting it connected. I connected and now I can't connect once I turned it on today.

INGreat Learning experience I have bought MIKO 3 for my 7 year old kid and he is really enjoying and engaging with MIKO 3 with educational content and enhancing learning experience. It has got all safe content including TV shows and educational information. Also it has got multiple languages and video calling feature.

AUDon't trust Miko or SquareOff… I ordered a chess board through Square Off in 2019. Then Miko bought Squareoff in 2023, but there has been nothing delivered. Miko has offered a kids robot as a replacement, but this is not acceptable and there is no clear commitment to deliver the Chessboards to Australian customer in a reasonable timeframe (mid 2024 ???). I really don't like this company because they are either unwilling or unable to honour their agreements. If Miko deliver the product that has been paid for then I am willing to change this review.

GBChristmas Gift Miko was a Christmas gift to my 4 year old. Who absolutely loves playing with it. I love the fact that my son can learn and play without being attached to a screen for hours. Plus I love how Miko answers his questions, my son will "but why" & "What is this" you for hours and he is learning so much with Miko. I only rated Miko 4 stars due to the difficulties I am having figuring out the settings and how to navigate the app.

GBHad a connectivity set up issue and the… Had a connectivity set up issue and the team at Miko customer support were proactive in caring for my concerns. Within a day I got a call to resolve the issue. They even followed up to ensure everything was working properly. Thanks again!
