It's hard to contact them and I keep getting automatically generated e-mail as an answer. I want my money back for the Domestika plus subscription that was made against my will. I request a refund of 98,25€ directly to my bank account that was taken 2.04. The request a refund button doesn't show up. (username-kucharskamagdalena1)

Dark pattern: signup to Domestika Plus Bought a course, they signed me up for a free Domestika Plus trial. I'm usually extremely aware of addons they put in my basket. This time, I didn't see it. They probably made it a dark pattern. 30 days later, they charge me $99 for 1 year of Domestika Plus, which I never used. Scummy dark pattern behavior and this was the last time I bought from them. It is telling that in their contact form "I want a refund for Domestika Plus" is actually one of three subjects you can pre-select.

The Disillusionment … It's deeply disappointing to see the use of dark UX patterns for basket placements in subscriptions. I once actively promoted this platform, but now I've ceased doing so. The realization of this practice is disheartening. I find myself wishing for a refund for all the courses I've purchased, so I never have to visit the site again. Beware!!! The company charged me £95 for an annual subscription that I did not register for. I only bought a £5.60 course. I contacted them and they told me the refund button is on the subscription. But it wasn't showing and now they havent responded to my emails. I can't afford to call them so just sending regular emails hoping they will answer. This has gone on for more than a month. BE VERY CAREFUL when purchasing courses from Domestika as you may un witting be signing up for a years subscription! It is very misleading.
