ATNever have I been so frustrated with a… Never have I been so frustrated with a company before! I signed up and purchased one course, which was okay, but a month later I see a charge of nearly 100€ for a subscription for a year that I not only didn't need, but also didn't consciously sign up for! I'm guessing the excuse is that it was mentioned somewhere in the SEA of spam mails they send after signing up. And it's impossible to contact them directly, all You get is the link to the Help Center. Incredibly dodgy practice of making money, I'd even say it's a malpractice of subscription laws.

AUBilled USD $95.29 for Domestika Plus without my consent Did 3 delightful art courses, but then found I had been subscribed to Domestika Plus without my consent and billed USD $95.29 on my credit card. I have applied for a refund, and now need to check if it has come through. Customer service non-existent. Beware! Keep a close eye on your credit card. Pretty dodgy business practice, even if the courses themselves were very good.

DEDark pattern: signup to Domestika Plus Bought a course, they signed me up for a free Domestika Plus trial. I'm usually extremely aware of addons they put in my basket. This time, I didn't see it. They probably made it a dark pattern. 30 days later, they charge me $99 for 1 year of Domestika Plus, which I never used. Scummy dark pattern behavior and this was the last time I bought from them. It is telling that in their contact form "I want a refund for Domestika Plus" is actually one of three subjects you can pre-select.

GBAvoid this company I was charged £94.86 for a thing called domestika plus that they are sneaking into customers baskets when purchasing a course. I couldn’t contact anyone and the online instructions to get a refund were a nonsense! PayPal are refunding me thankfully. What a shame that what was a good company has turned so shady

IEBunch of Scammers I wish I could give zero stars for this SCAM, you buy one course from them, and without your consent or authorisation they charge you for a Plus subscription with them, they will not inform you that you are part of some Plus account and they will not tell you when the "free" trial will end. You will only find out once 91 euro is taken out of your account, and that is when they will reply to all your messages with an automated response, the humans behind this company are hiding away delighted with their scam. I will let EVERYONE know what a scam this is! For anyone in a similar situation, look at the Facebook group Domestika Scam and you may find some help in your situation.
