Never have I been so frustrated with a… Never have I been so frustrated with a company before! I signed up and purchased one course, which was okay, but a month later I see a charge of nearly 100€ for a subscription for a year that I not only didn't need, but also didn't consciously sign up for! I'm guessing the excuse is that it was mentioned somewhere in the SEA of spam mails they send after signing up. And it's impossible to contact them directly, all You get is the link to the Help Center. Incredibly dodgy practice of making money, I'd even say it's a malpractice of subscription laws.

Domestika complaint I have just had the same experience as another reviewer here. I just had money taken out of my bank a/c for Domestika+ which I did not knowingly subscribe to. It is impossible to speak or contact them. I Facebook messaged Domestika and just got referred to their website - which is useless. I wish a refund but cannot find a way to get a response from them in person. Do not use this company.

The Disillusionment … It's deeply disappointing to see the use of dark UX patterns for basket placements in subscriptions. I once actively promoted this platform, but now I've ceased doing so. The realization of this practice is disheartening. I find myself wishing for a refund for all the courses I've purchased, so I never have to visit the site again. Domestika is a scam Domestika is a scam. Domestika just charged me 90 euros. I did not purchase any plan. Be very careful with Domestika. They have good courses but if you buy a course, they have your card and charge you unlawfully. Careful with their scam. Use a temporary card to pay otherwise they will charge you without your authorisation. Have a look at the amount of people saying that!!!! It's just horrible.

Billed USD $95.29 for Domestika Plus without my consent Did 3 delightful art courses, but then found I had been subscribed to Domestika Plus without my consent and billed USD $95.29 on my credit card. I have applied for a refund, and now need to check if it has come through. Customer service non-existent. Beware! Keep a close eye on your credit card. Pretty dodgy business practice, even if the courses themselves were very good.
