GBThe experience I had with Trainerize… The experience I had with Trainerize wasn't anything special. I probably wouldn't recommend them if someone asked me. They seem alright but not that great. Worst of all, their customer servive was unacceptible. It took me a long tym to get a response. Occassionaly their site did not provide accurate information. There were some spelling mistakes in their emails to me. Apparently they don't proofread. Not recommended.

GBVery iffy - a pain for trainers and clients We're clients of a brilliant trainer who has put a lot of effort into making videos etc for the app, but around half of the weekend sessions he posts for us don't arrive and we have to pester him on Saturdays. Am sure he'd ditch the app if it wasn't for all the work he put into creating it.

CZGLITCHES & BAD SUPPORT! I am getting glitches all the time when creating plans for my clients. I need to save time but trainerize is doing the opposite! The videos they have are not loading and I have no idea what is in them, even after using an incognito window. My clients are unable to use the timer even though I set it up for them! So they complain to me! When I setup the workout, it reset from time to time and I have to set it up AGAIN. The support is not online in my time zone, and now I have to wait for them to come and solve it for me while my clients are waiting for the program! I would not write a bad review as I know these things happened, but I hate when there is nobody to help.
