The app that allows you to do it all as a coach Trainerize is a great app that I use to coach my personal training client. I believe the app is the best because it allows you to do more than just create a training program. The app allows me to use a holistic approach by setting goals, habits, and dive into nutrition with my clients.

I was a struggling trainer.. I was a struggling trainer.. I used to be overworked, over tired and over stressed. I trained clients in person at a box gym for several years only to lose so much passion for my trade. After each long day training people i was exhausted and had no way to recover and finding myself losing more time, energy and passion. Once I took the leap using Trainerize my whole life changed! I went from being a struggling trainer making $30k a year to making $100k in my second year!! Trainerize created more time and freedom all while helping people get BETTER RESULTS THEN IN PERSON TRAINING! There is a level of accountability and care that creates a connection with people that I would have NEVER expected this kind of tech to create.! Im forever grateful for having a life changing experience with not only my life but the lives of clients who want to reach their best self! We call this their version 2.0! The Android app is very poor and full of bugs. There's a some of the app that's good but the weak integration list is frustrating, No Google fit, Oura ring, or Lifesum connections are possible despite numerous threads and requests dating over a year old on their forums. Weird bugs like entering calories for meals in-app puts the numbers backwards, ability to input I slept for 4 days straight by mistake, and the inability to delete or edit random data is all there. It feels like they are either severely understaffed or poorly managed to have simple things like text fields working incorrectly. I want to like and use this app, but there's so much wrong with it and the comms from the business are so absent that I feel my time is better spent getting my gym to look into other services!
